Alert caution beware urgent do not buy any household appliances from Canadian appliance source. Here's a company with no credibility no customer service or customer care. They give you the round around and no one takes the initiative to deliver proper customer service/care. They will take your money and deliver the wrong product to your hone and then give you the round around about getting your refund back even after their salesperson ordered the wrong product to our home. We had to hold onto it in storage for over a week which costed me more money per day. After weeks we got a partial refund only because I had to ho back to the store to speak with the store manager. Last Friday December 13th he called me and said we would get the remaining money owing to us. It's December 19th and still no refund. Stay away from Canadian appliance source and do yourself a favour. Shop anywhere and be happy.

Portable dishwasher broke. Soonest delivery January 7. This company had one in stock and delivered the next day. Five stars!!!!

We purchased an upright freezer. Although it was going to be delivered later than we expected as it was on a backorder, it came earlier than the initial date, just in time for the holidays. Free delivery was without a problem.

Jeremy at the Oakville store was very knowledgable about all the products and made some good recommendations for us. He was extremely helpful and professional. Sheshna in the customer service department efficiently handle the change in our delivery date. The gentlemen who delivered our products and took away the old items were very respectful of our property when moving such large items in and out of the house. All in all a great service.
