Horrible experience with Canadian Appliance Source. Purchased a stackable washer and dryer, but the stacking kit was missing from the package, as confirmed by their parts department. Multiple installation attempts failedonce they didnt call my tenant despite repeated instructions, and another time they sent unqualified technicians who admitted they couldnt complete the job. The sales reps, Farman and Christina, deflected responsibility, and HQ staff like Andy stopped responding altogether. Customer service was rude and dismissive at every step. CAS promises professionalism and customer satisfaction, but my experience was the opposite. Avoid at all costs.

We had a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson who made the experience very easy. The company promised to deliver on a given day, within a fixed window, and they delivered. Delivery and installation crew were very knowledgeable as well, and made sure all appliances were properly installed, and working properly.

Most pleasant experience from the time I talked to Brendan Donohue On Black Friday and purchased the set, to the fellows who delivered the appliances. Very professional & friendly. Nice job of cleaning up after the installation.

From going to the he store to delivery, everything was easy and seamless. I will definitely buy appliances from CAS again.

The service was seamless, professional, excellent. I cant say enough good things. Totally stress free & less expensive & more services than their competitors. My washer/dryer was delivered & installed in 2 days. The competitors were offering delivery in 2 weeks.

Both men were efficient and polite. I just wish that theyd installed the anti tip device for me. If theyd done that step Id have given them a 10.

We needed to replace an older washing machine for our condo that was leaking, so we needed quick response and CAS was the right choice. hey not only included delivery, connection and disposal at no additional charge (it was a Black Friday deal) but they delivered it at 9am the next day.

The whole experience was pleasant. The delivery crew was amazing!! Both delivery guys were courteous, professional and friendly.

Great process of ordering and order tracking. The delivery service was exceptional, which cannot be said about other stores that contract out their delivery services to unskilled workers. Very professional. Let's hope the appliances are also top notch.
