    Fast, knowledgeable help from online agent to make purchase, no fee charged for delivery, installation and removal of one machine. Excellent delivery experience, very professional and helpful, one of the easiest purchases of my reno experience.

    Good price, availability and delivery

    Not the first time I buy at CAS. The transactions are always fast, clear communications. The pricing is good and the delivery is always on time and well communicated. The delivery guys are also professional and careful.

    Clothes washer

    Delivery of washing machine was on time by knowledgeable and careful workers. The salesman was also knowledgeable without any high pressure. This is our third appliance we have bought from CAS.

    Great customer service

    Won't stand behind the products they sell

    Would not recommend CAS Hamilton for any appliance purchases, as they do not stand behind the products they sell. Washer was delivered and did not function properly from day 1, informed store and they stated it could not be returned as it had been delivered. Not sure how they can sell products that turn out to be faulty and not allow for a refund and instead defer to the manufacturer to hopefully sort it out. Bad customer service and I would not recommend to anyone I know as they take no responsibility for the products they sell.

    Standup Freezer

    They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained all the features and warranty that we purchased. I would definately come back and i would also recommend this store to family and friends.

    Washing machine

    Delivery personnel had never attached an Electrolux pedestal but remained calm and professional and after a few failed attempts finished the process in the sweltering heat.

    Delivery Men were timely and very helpful

    I bought a new washer and dryer combo from Canadian Appliances. The delivery men were timely arriving approximately half way through the 4 hour window. I was at work and my wife was home to receive the delivery. The men were courteous and friendly and brought to old washer and dryer combo out and hooked up the dryer vent for the new washer and dryer combo. I spoke to one of the men on the phone as he explained that the cord for the dryer was too short and we needed an extension. I asked him if he would take the longer cord off the older dryer and leave it with us so we could get an electrician and he very kindly did this for us. There was some water that spilled on the floor of the laundry room when they were switching the combos and the men very kindly cleaned and dried the water up for us.

    New Refigerator

    Very helpful, review the settings and etc. Cleanup after completing the job. Answer all questions before leaving.
