    CAS fridge purchase and great delivery

    Recently bought a fridge from CAS in Whitby . Morgan provided exceptional service to us . The delivery was quick, on time and two delivery guys were exceptional. The fridge was a tight squeeze to fit through the door and they really took the time to ensure nothing got damaged. happy with this service overall!

    2600 dollars whirl pool fridge delivered damaged

    Delivered damaged fridge whirl pool Damage not visible until protective tape removed Reported damage 2 hours later on Friday No one contacted till monday 400 dollars worth groceries. They wanted me to leave in 35 plus degree and not use the fridge between Friday and monday Refused to exchange Sid was the person who was sending emails but no contact number Be carefully dealing with this company

    Kitchen Appliances

    I went instore to meet with a sales rep. Gurhemer. He was fantastic in explaining the various options available and helping me to narrow down to exactly what I needed. He reminded me about scheduling the delivery and the delivery team took it from there. The day before they called to schedule the delivery window. I was given a link to see where they were in relation of my order. Then the driver contacted me about two hours before to advise he was on his way. The delivery guys were very professional and unboxed the items before bringing them into my condo. All in all a very good experience for me.

    New washer /dryer

    I needed a new washer (after 5 years) and went straight to CAS. They salespeople were helpful, not pushy at all. Very competitive pricing and remarkably, they delivered and installed the next morning. Less than 24 hours after my purchase in store. The installers were great and went above and beyond . Great experience all around.

    Kitchen Appliances

    Was referred to Canadian Appliance Source by a friend. They did not disappoint. From the sales associate Naved to the online order management system and the deliveries - the customer service is great. I had a mix up with my fridge and the return was seamless and prompt. I just received my stove and again the delivery was flawless and friendly.

    New fridge freezer

    20 year old fridge freezer in basement died overnight Monday. Off to CAS first thing Tuesday morning. They had a floor model available for next day delivery with a hefty discount due to a couple of dents in one of the doors. As it was destined for the basement this wasnt an issue. Delivery occurred on Wednesday evening. Delivery guys were amazing. This was their last stop of a very long and hot day. They removed the old freezer then realized theyd have to remove the doors from the new freezer to get it through several doorways on the way to the basement. All was achieved with good grace. Have bought other appliances from CAS in the past and will continue to do so.

    Appliance and Delivery was on time and satisfactory

    i purchase the fridge online and it was available following day and available for delivery. My problem is i live in condo and can only reserve elevator past 9:00 AM ( priority is residents going to work ). the delivery come too early at 8:30 and i had to ask them to come back later. They complied and came back at 9:15AM. Loading went smoothly and i am contented with the product and service
