Purchased new washing machine because old one broke. They had the model in stock and was able to deliver the next day. I had to figure out how to unstack and disconnect my dryer and old washer but figured that out so the delivery of the new one and hauling aqay of the old one was pretty painless. Great staff at store ,very informative and experienced particularly the manager and TJ our salesman. Jadan and Andrew were our delivery and installers. Extremely polite, well spoken and efficient. There was a sealed kit that was missing a few pieces but Jadan contacted head office stat and got everything sorted. Really a pleasure to have them taking care of everything.Answer from pro:

I delivered a refrigerator not only did they deliver a refrigerator I did not order. They destroyed my hard wood floors, door and walls. They caused so much damage to my home. Beware of this sham of a companyAnswer from pro:

I was sold a microwave with a one year manufactures warranty. After 4 months it was defective, the manufacturer agreed to replace the microwave under warranty. CAS refused to honor the warranty they sold me, even with written authorization from the manufacturer for replacement. I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved.
