We found out about Bill from our nieghbors. He had done a super job for them. Bill carried out several projects for us. Every time the quality was superb and the budget was reasonable. Bill did his work which included changing all the windows and doors in our house on time and on budget. He also build our car port. Bill and his crew are super folks, best professionals, very friendly and cordial. I would recommend Bill any time to friends and family and to anyone who wants Aluminum work.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Bill and his team. Bill visited our home several times to take measurements and assess the job, and after re-assessing the work needed did not raise his initial quote. His installers were punctual and worked hard in the heat to finish the job and cleaned up after they were done. His pricing was competitive and his service professional. Thank you for a terrific job!

Bill Rapport solved our problem with our windows where no one else could. He responded to our calls quickly, always followed up when promised and came back to fix our windows after he had already had a long day. Bill is one of the kindest and most professional people I have met in a long time. He is honest and trustworthy and we plan on using his services again very soon. Bill Rapport is a class act! He provides great advice. What impressed me the most is after selling us the solution, he came back to our home while we were away twice to check on structural issues and suggested alternate ways of doing things. Excellent product and worksmanship. Saved us huge money when compared to a salesperson who was pressuring us to do a complete tear out installation. Bill Rapport insisted that the job be done as a retrofit at half the cost. His skilled tradesmen were here for 10 hours daily for 2 days straight, cleaning up after themselves. Bill also came to see that everything was going well. The job was tops.

The 2 men arrived on time. Told us approximatley how long the job would take and took the exact amount of time as said. They cleaned up very nicely, courteous and very proffesional. They showed us how to open them,and clean them. A very satisfied customer. have used this company before to install a few other windows in the past and loved dealing with Bill Rapport the owner.

I obtained a reference to contact this window company from someone who had contracted Rapport Aluminum previously and was extremely happy with their quality of work. I had obtained a few quotes already and after meeting with Mr. Bill Rapport and experiencing his professionalism and knowledge, I hired him without question. The work associates who completed the windows and balcony door installation were courteous, careful, and experts at what they do. A very fair price for excellent quality windows and installation. I would recommend Rapport Alum. to anyone looking for a beautiful job.

After Bill's team installed our new front door and side lights (see my other review) we were so pleased that we had him back to do our eaves troughs. Then after he did a bang up job on those, we had him back to install vinyl siding on our garage. We are very pleased with Bill and his team (as are our neighbours who used him for a new door as well) and highly recommend him. We'll probably be using him for some new windows in the Spring too.
