We have needed a new front entry door with sidelights for some time now but the prohibitive cost we received on many quotes had kept the project in limbo. In fact, the prices were so high I considered doing it myself. Then we met Bill.<br /><br />From the moment we met him we could tell he had loads of experience and new what he was talking about. Unlike other vendors, he didn't try and push a particular door line and he didn't try and tell us what we want. Instead he pulled from his years of experience and used his excellent communication skills to work with us to find the best door for us.<br /><br />The installation went very smoothly and even though we had a bit of a colour mix up with the aluminum capping (our mistake!) Bill and his team were very flexible and accommodating. In the end we ended up with the perfect door for us, at a price *much* lower than his "competition". In fact, we were so happy with Bill that we're getting them back to do our eaves-troughs.

After shopping around and getting no fewer than five or six other quotes, we met Bill Rapport. Not only was he the most knowledgeable salesperson we had visit us, he gave us the best price. We were very excited to order a new door and a replacement window for our basement. The work was done quickly and his crew were the most professional, fastest and cleanest we have ever had work on the house! Bill came to repair another window, and replace some hinges on a different door himself. He took the time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and would not accept any payment until he had personally inspected everything himself. We were so impressed with the final result and I did recommend him to my sister - they just got their door yesterday and are equally thrilled!

Having a 50 year old home with original windows, we knew it was time to have them replaced. After getting quotes from other places (including Home Depot which was a total waste of time!) Bill Rapport told us what we needed (less than what we thought) and gave us a great price. Care was taken with installation, and completed in one day, including clean up. Bill came by a few days later to make sure nothing was overlooked and that we were completely satisfied with the job. We were. He ended up doing two other houses on the street within the next two months.

Bill advised us well on our choices for new windows and had them installed promptly, professionally, and with an impeccable clean up. We had also asked Bill about replacing our storm windows. To both our surprise, it turned out he had installed them decades earlier (we just bought the house). Instead of selling us new windows, he showed us that they were placed in the window incorrectly and told us that these windows, although old, are excellent and do the job as well as any new one we could get on the market today. Bill is an honest business man who really knows his product and he works for his customers. He did this work for us last year, and this year we hired him again. A pleasure doing business with Bill!

Bill Rapport really knows his windows & helps you choose the best window for your rooms. He comes with samples and tells his clients what window works best in each room. His prices are very competitive & the service is excellent. I wouldn't think of buying a window or door except from Bill. Sorry Bill - I mean adopt a window.
