    Great service on old windows

    I needed some parts for some Window City windows that had been installed 10 years ago at my parents’ house. The local installer put me in touch with the Service Department at Window City. I dealt with Chris who was very responsive and provided the parts at no charge (I honestly didn’t expect that). I was extremely pleased with my interaction with this company.

    Broken Tilt Window Latches - Replaced Free of Charge

    Several of the mechanisms that retains the windows in the sash and also allows it to tip into the room for cleaning had broken on our Window City Hung Vinyl Windows that we had purchased through a dealer back in 2012. Unfortunately the dealer was no longer in business and after contacting Window City's service department and explaining my situation, I was offered two choices: 1. I could order the required number of latches and they would be sent to me at my expense (a nominal cost for parts & shipping) or 2 . If I could come into their head office, I would be given the parts at no cost. Since I don't live that far from their facility I chose to stop by one afternoon and was able to pickup the parts I needed. The installation of the new (updated) latch mechanism was explained to me by the service manager and I was quickly on my way. Installation of the new parts was as described and now my windows are working like new! I was skeptical about after sales service from the manufacturer before my interaction but would not hesitate to recommend them to others or use their products again.

    Service

    I purchased windows for my entire house from Window City. Recently, one of the windows required service after almost 10 years. The online service request program was easy to follow and the service team responded quickly to my query. The service tech that arrived was courteous and knowledgeable about the product. He also offered some useful tips for maintaining the windows. I would recommend Window City and their service. Window City stands by their product . Dave S , Oakville, ON

    Weather Strip for Front Door

    I recently needed a weather strip for my door and got in touch with Window City and their service department looked after getting me exactly what I required after asking me relevant questions to ensure I received what I needed.

    Excellent customer service

    I broke a latch on my windows after over 10 years of flawless use. Customer service promptly contacted me and arranged replacement parts. Greatly appreciate this level of customer service.

    Window Service

    Chris at Window City was great in setting up this appointment. The service was extremely efficient and we got a service call and visit in 24 hours. Our problem was solved. Thanks to Phillip for the repair. I highly recommend Window City. Great value.

    Window repair

    I was extremely pleased with Window City and the service department's prompt attention when I contacted them. I required some window repair's and it was taken care of professionally and quickly. They immediately got back to me, and arranged for a service call within days of my initial contact. I am so happy that the repairs are done and my windows are all in great working order.

    Repair service

    Great company who care about their customers. I would highly recommend them. I needed a part for my door and they bent over backwards to help me out. Most companies don't care about the little things.

    Service

    My window parts were broken and windows in one bedroom can not move at all. So we came to the company and solved this in twenty minutes—professional and efficient! Mr. Sargeant was very nice and kind to us. He showed us how to replace the parts easily and make sure that we understood. Much appreciated.

    Screen repair

    Window City installed windows in my daughter’s older home in 2009. Have never had any problems with them and the windows and screens still look great. Recently when cleaning I broke the corner piece on a screen (totally my fault) so I took it in for repair. it was done for free with no questions asked! I’m very happy with the service.
