    New Window Installation

    Starting from the initial sales appointment to finished installation, Window City was a pleasure to deal with, no pressure. The salesman made great suggestions as to what style, such as casement or double hung etc and which to install at each location for full use and benefit. The installers where quick and very efficient, many years later they still function as the same day installed. Would gladly purchase again.

    My home renovation

    Hi, we bought a house and needed to replace a couple broken tilt latches. I found the label with a manufacturer "Window City" and contacted a service department. They replied very quickly. They have spare parts in stock. I came to their office and spoke with Chris. He is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. He gave me the parts and explained how to install it by myself, so he saved my money and made my day. I was so impressed by this amazing custom service I have never got before from other companies. Thank you so much, Chris. I definitely come back to Windows City for the new windows and strongly recommend them to others.

    new house windows

    it is so good to purchase the windows from them. good quality and good service right on time delivery. fare price. if you are looking to replace your windows this is the good people to go with.

    Patio door leaks

    I built a new house, used Window City , unfortunately the Master bedroom patio door leaks air, so I paid for a window city tech service , he couldn't fix the problem just lost an extra 128$, bed room still cold and turned to homedepo to try and fix the problem

    Basement windows

    Had 6 windows installed in the basement, brick-to-brick, about 10 yrs ago. The windows are still working well after all this time. Never had to call for any issues until recently, and for a minor replacement of a latch which broke for reasons not related to the quality of the windows. The company was very responsive and helpful.

    Windows

    I got windows from Window City for my entire home back in 2013 - 19 separate windows. A had some vinyl slider locks on my windows fail on a few windows about 1 year past warranty - aka this month. I explained that to Chris in the parts department - he understood and offered to replace all the parts on all the windows for free. They replaced all the pieces and not only that the pieces were improved and were much better than the original. To me real value comes in selling a good product but also how you follow up when issues arise and constantly improving those products. No matter what you buy things will arise and how the company takes care of their problems in a good way is huge in my books and key to a good rating and me recommending these windows to others. As such i give them a 5 out of 5. Matty

    Excellent service

    I have window city casements which were installed about 10 years ago. They are long out of warranty. The plastic corners that hold the screen frames together had cracked due to age and the effects of the sun. I called window city and explained the situation to them. They told me to bring them in and both screens were repaired for no charge. I call that excellent service. Would definitely recommend them.

    Replacement clips for windows

    The service advisor was very knowledgeable with what I needed. There was no charge for the window clips even though it was just passed warranty date. I was very pleased with the service and would recommended Window City.

    replacement tilt latches

    I needed to replace some broken tilt latches for some Window City windows that had been installed over 10 years ago. The local installer was no longer in business. I found the Window City Service Department online, Chris was excellent to work with, provided parts at no charge if I provide postage. Excellent response and service.
