We could have not purchase our dream home without Saja and Ashish’s assistance. Saja is a customer focus agent and made sure that all of our questions are answered. Working with her is a breeze and though I had hesitations with the house purchase process as I’ve heard others who had not so good experience with other builders, I can attest that I had none with Saja and Montorio Homes. The house itself is beautiful!! I love the arches in the house as it adds character and flair. The layout was well thought as it maximizes the space. Single house was not in our cards as we’re working on a budget. But we’re able to snatch a great deal with Montorio without sacrificing the qualify and craftmanship. Overall, I can never thank Saja and her team for the wonderful job they have done. Will definitely refer Montorio to friends and family members.

Custom based building is awesome with high standards. Very cooperative and friendly staff. Planning and time of construction is accurate.

The quality of work and service provided by Montorio homes is certainly a cut above other home builders that we have encountered. Saja Hadi, the sales manager that we dealt with provided exceptional service with a perfect balance of professionalism and sincerity. We are pleased with the home, craftsmanship, and features, but we do have a couple of constructive criticisms to offer in our home buying experience. Although this was a spec home, the fridge nook was 35.5" inches wide and not the 36" standard width according to the floor plan. This was discouraging for us to have to return the fridge that we wanted because it wouldn't fit, even though according to the measurement in the Job ID it should. The other feedback we have to offer, not just for us, but for any of Montorio's prospective clients, is to explicitly review the cost of the real property report in the contract. Although this article is stated in the contract, for buyers who are not well versed or experienced with such contracts, consideration should be given to the buyer to emphasize that point in order to provide clarity and proper expectations for the buyer. Aside from this feedback, we are truly pleased with the home and confident in our choice to purchase a Montorio Home and to refer prospective clients to Montorio for the high regard for the product and service.

Montorio worked with my husband and I to build the home in which we hope to grow old. It’s attention to detail during the design phase really showed its value during the construction stage. Our home was built on budget and ahead of time. Of course, issues came up during the construction - that was not unexpected, but issues were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new home.

Saja and Rupinder both were helpful and accomodating to find the right home. Very happy with the purchase. Great customer service.

Since it's been 3 months, I am able to write the preliminary review. The sales team at Edmonton Walker Summit of Saja Hadi and Rupinder Singh were friendly and helpful at every stage of our house purchase. They put in a lot of effort to ensure that the house meets our expectations. Had a good experience with Jim and Dale on the 3 month walk. Jim gave valuable advise on maintenance. Nicole and Stephanie at the office are very prompt in addressing any warranty issues. Overall we are happy with our purchase. Will write a complete review after 1 year anniversary of possession.

Wonderful to deal with so far. Looking forward to our house being built. Nice people very professional. Nice layouts. Nice finishings on Show home.
