    New home build

    Kristy was our sales associate. She was really patient and helpful towards building house. I am thankful to her. After receiving possession until now never had I faced any difficulties in regards to warranty from Montorio homes. Always prompt in their service. I will Strongly Kristy to everyone for the service and help she provided.

    Single Family Home

    We are building our new house with Montorio Homes, this is our first house in Canada and we are very happy with the way the work is being done. Officially we still have 2 more months before the house is ready for possession and they are ahead of their time and looks like the house will be ready soon. Sales team is very helpful specially Kristy at Walker Summit. She is helping us with all the questions/concerns we have. We are happy to recommend my friends and family to build house with Montorio.

    Everything

    Saza and rupinder are both very coperative, best client dealing, very friendly. Love dealing with Montorio homes. Best suggestions are given for each and everthing.

    Service

    Very difficult , Builder change plan with out ask customers. Builder laweyer work for builder.any changes ask for builder they make 3 time higher prices makert rates.service also poor.

    Poor

    The deficiencies pointed out to mr. Jim have not been set right. The city permits not handed over. None is serious in correcting defects. The money taken under duress. Even the copy of closing documents not supplied. The earth filling badly incomplete. May result in injury if occupants use side entrance. The management should awaken from slumbers to complete their part. Gurbax bains

    Excellent service. Project plan is so good . I like it that why I bought this house.

    I deal with Ms.Saja and Mr. Ashish. They are so helpful I appreciate them for their work. Montorio home Ltd good luck for your next home projects.yuhuuu

    Quick Possession

    We were looking for a new home together as a new couple , came across Montorio Homes loving the style and the country feeling where a few of the quick possessions were in Hawks Ridge . Zaynab helped us through the process bringing us happiness for our future in our new Montorio Home that we chose and love , thanks Zaynab :) We have moved in and still awaiting for Montorio Homes to call us for our 3 month meeting on top of that our list of house things that need to addressed immediately because it’s taking too long for a call back .... when do we get to exchange our kitchen light to a smaller one , tree and shrubs to be planted, small amount of paint for us to do touch ups ourselves, master shower head drips , garage door keypad code change isn’t working and company isn’t calling us back either as we were told to call them for the help , windows were washed recently but 2 were missed the master bathroom window was the window we discussed getting cleaned which wasent done and the house carpets were just vacuumed not cleaned , eaves troughs weren’t cleaned either which I was insistent on a thorough cleaning and he agreed with all the traffic that came in ,doesn’t seem like much but the list just keeps getting longer .... please can someone from Montorio Homes call us to address this issue asap we would appreciate it :)

    Less then Satisfactory work

    I wouldnt purchase a home from montario ever again. I regret buying a house from this builder. In 2 yrs Many issues, leaking ceiling, door knobs falling out etc. Worst part of montario is dealing warranty and customer service representatives. They Lack knowledge for the position and customer service skills. She brushes issues off, offers no assistance, doesn't answer messages back.

    Duplex home

    Bought a duplex from Montorio and they have been great throughout the entire process! Willing to meet our needs, thorough into their check-ins and Reem at the showhomes was a wonderful contact.
