    Moving on a Sunday

    The company phoned in the morning of the move to confirm time. Even though it was one of the first really hot days of summer and a Sunday, the 3 guys showed up early and ready to work. They were efficient and considerate of neighbours as well as careful with all our items. We had some things from storage outside, some new things in our van as well as the apartment to pack but they weren't fazed at all. Once we got to the new place they were careful and helpful in placing items as requested. Thank you for a great experience!

    Excellent Experience with Action Movers

    These guys are excellent - they were organized, accommodating, and very careful with our belongings. The two gentleman who were on our job were so pleasant and calming during what can be a stressful situation. They went above and beyond with our move and we would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a move and/or unpacking assistance. They are true to their word and we had a great experience with them. We will be hiring them for our next move.

    Hard working crew + great attitude

    I was able to get a moving crew just before Christmas on really short notice and the guys did a really great job, battling ice, snow and a really steep driveway so all our stuff needed to be carried up by hand. Yet not a single complain and cheerful faces. Ace crew!! Thank you guys.

    TOP SHELF SERVICE !!!!

    I just moved a 3 bedroom house on Dec 1, with the boys at Action, and it was pure ACTION !!!! They dropped off totes (frog boxes) a week before so we could pack and charged about $2.50 a tote and had them for about 3 weeks, so a much better deal than FB. They sent 2 guys out that were very professional, courteous, and hard working, that hustled to load a 5 ton fully in 90 minutes. They unloaded in about 45-50 minutes and were off. They wrapped and shrink wrapped furniture so there was no damage. I have also hired Action to load a Budget 5 Ton with furniture that was going to an island cottage, that was only going to be accessible buy barge. Same thing, they were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. Only mistake, was we should have hired them to unload. The owner Mark and his GM Andrew are trustworthy honest guys that I will continue to refer people to for residential and office moves. Thanks again !!!! Lyle Richards

    A 3 stop Move

    I wanted to compliment the 2 moving men that helped me move the contents of my Mom's house. Mac and Paul were polite, personable and careful with the furniture. They organized the furniture so the 3 different delivery locations were unloaded efficently and carefully. I have used your company in the past, and would not hesitate to do so again, and refer friends. Thanks for a job well done.

    Did a complicated move and made sure they fixed any problems

    I had a complicated move, from a 1 bedroom and den walk-up penthouse apartment in Vancouver to a house in New Westminster. The suite was difficult to get to and had no elevator access. There were many stairs to the suite, a long passageway through a courtyard and then another couple flights of stairs before you were at street level. In addition, I had a high-end storage bed that needed disassembling and re-assembling as well as tons of glass furniture. In the end, any little issue that arose post-move, Mark from Action Movers ensured that it was resolved to beyond my satisfaction. The move was a success and careful attention was paid to wrap and move special items. The movers were professional, polite and friendly. Mark even let me borrow some moving boxes for free. Most importantly, I was made to feel like a very special client from beginning to end. Thanks guys!

    Pleasantly surprised

    Hired Action Movers for a pretty simple move but it involved 1 expensive, difficult to deal with sofa. Movers were 1/2 hour late but friendly and apologized. Our sofa did end up getting damaged through a difficult doorway, but they have been helpful in rectifying the situation. I would say hire a white glove company for higher end furnishings but Action Movers is great for a typical move. Although it didn't go super smooth, they've been quite helpful in our situation.

    Easy move, great movers!

    Action Movers was recommended to me, and I'm glad they were! Confirming my move was very smooth and the morning of, the owner himself, Mark, called to confirm the time and that I would be notified as early as possible of potential changes. There was an unfortunate change on their part and the mover himself called me to apologize. I asked that he contact his dispatch and not even 5 minutes later, Andy called me to inform me that another crew was on their way, apologizing that they may be a half hour late. They actually arrived to my place within the initial time that I was quoted! They were simple machines! I was expecting at least a 3-hour ordeal and all was actually done within 2 hours! They constantly checked with me to ensure everything went where I wanted it and they were professional, courteous and friendly! I will certainly recommend them! Thanks, Mark, Andy, Moritz!

    Amazing service

    Action movers moved us last weekend and bobby and Steve were awesome. I would recommend these guys every time. Thanks Mark and you gang The movers came wrapped up stuff and protected all our stuff. They were able to get the biggest pain in the butt couches out of our old house and in to our new place with ease. Thanks guys

    Great Job !

    We hired Action Movers to move our Company from Kits to Surrey . The men/ Truck showed up right on time all smiles and got straight to work. The were SUPER friendy , Very helpful and went the "extra mile ' to ensure a smooth move. They got the job done FAST and efficiently Thank You !
