    Office Move

    I have to commend you on your moving staff. This office move came up on very short notice for us, and I could not be happier with the quality of Service we received from Action Movers. Murray and his partner were quick, efficient, friendly and good natured. They were very carefull with all the furniture and equipment moving between our offices today, and in spite of having some tight timeframes to hit they pulled it off ahead of schedule. Everyone enjoyed their focus and good wit, I'd recommend them again for sure.

    Local Move

    I just wanted to send a thank you for the move last Wednesday at our condo at 2565 West Broadway. Randy and Derek were both great and took great care to make sure our stuff was moved in as quick as possible and safely. Our place was just newly renovated, so I was concerned about any damage coming up the stairwell and to the floors, but there was absolutely none to speak of. I see a real difference in Action Movers under the new management; you and your team are doing a good job in the turn around of the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others in the future. Please pass along my thanks to the guys and I’ll look forward to working with you again in the future.

    Moving

    We booked Action Movers for our move on Feb. 28 and we were very stressed and had a tight time frame regarding elevators on both ends of our move. The crew Eric and Garret were friendly and professional and there were no damages. Great job guys.

    Movers

    They were five hours late, and only showed up with two men, when we had requested three. We were late moving out and had to incur costs of the mover wait time from the party that was moving into our house.

    We always appreciate feedback, good and bad. In this case, the customer had booked a move at the end of the month, one of the busiest months, and wanted a start time of 1pm. In our company we schedule moves at 9am and 2pm and arrange our moving trucks accordingly. Any problems can arise with elevators, additional stops and items the customers dont inform us which can result in the afternoon moves running late. In this customers case, we also discounted her move to compensate for only 2 movers and not 3 and also for running late.

    Moving a 4 bdroom house from Maple Ridge to Langly

    I arranged this move one month in advance and asked for the truck and 3 men and was told that was okay. One week prior was confirmed and was told there was no problem. On the day we received a call to say they wouldn't make the 9am scheduled time. I phoned the dispatcher/owner, Bill, and asked for his help and was told time after time until the truck finally showed up at 1:30. They showed up with a small truck and two men and not the three agreed to.

    In 2006, the company was going thru a transition of management and the dispatch was done sloppy. Since then we have corrected the situation and scheduling. As anyone can see by the testimonials that have been received since 2008 the company strives to correct these issues and run a smooth and reliable company
