    Plumbing

    We made an emergency call for a sudden water leak in copper pipe in bathroom due to a renovation mishap with a nailgun. We needed it fixed ASAP in order to continue the job. Doyle Plumbing came to the rescue within one hour's wait time. The serviceman was wonderful, kind and knowledgeable and was thorough in his efforts. We felt completely confident in his hands. This is the second time we have used Doyle and we will definitely be calling on them next time.

    Amazing Service!

    Amazing service from Chris. I have used Doyle twice since moving into my condo. Kitchen sink/faucet install and hot water tank install. Very knowledge and amazing work. Very happy. Would highly recommend!

    Heating--new furnace

    The house in the morning was cold, temp was 17 deg. Gerry saw ad in the phone book & was enticed to call as the ad said "worked weekends, seniors discount, someone would answer the phone". Darrin came out advised us of the problem, gave an estimate to repair the old furnace & advised us it would be better to install a new energy-efficient furnace & could come the next day to do it. We were impressed with the service given. I was surprised to find they cleaned up their mess afterwards& I had nothing to do! Darrin & his helper were polite, friendly & knowledgeable, answering all our questions & concerns. This was the first time dealing with Doyle & we would recommend Doyle anytime, anywhere.     Furnace and air conditioning replacement

    Doyle Plumbing and Heating wasn't the cheapest estimate we got for a replacement furnace, AC unit, and some ductwork, but they inspired the most confidence. And when aspects of the job turned out to be more difficult than originally thought, they stuck to their estimate. Excellent work and great customer relations skills.

    New Well Pump & Pressure Tank

    Our pressure tank was very old and rusting out at the bottom, called up Doyle based on their stellar reviews here on HomeStars and they did not disappoint one bit. The quote we got from Howard and Sean was thorough and they took care to explain each part and walk me through our system and what they were recommending. They weren't pushy but were very knowledgeable and we went ahead with the quote. Next day bright and early, Phil[l] and Ryan came to install the new well pump and pressure tank. Again they took the time to explain what they were doing and walked through some issues they had found in the original installation. Also fixed a sump pump issue we were having while they were at it with no extra charge. Nice touch was that they also signed off their work on the pressure tank itself so future Doyle plumbers would know who did the install. I didn't know we had a low water safety switch on our tank so shortly afterwards when we lost water pressure, Phil came back (on a Friday end of day no less) to walk me though resetting the system. Recently got a call about a week afterwards from Doyle checking to make sure everything was working well and check in on my satisfaction. First rate, professional service all around and I would recommend them without question.

    kitchen plumbng

    This company is everything you want when it comes to service. Chris is an excellent and knowledgeable plumber and it's not the first time he has helped us. Leaves a clean work site and is a very pleasant fellow. Doyle gets all of my business. ( Well not too much I hope)

    No Heat!

    Yesterday, after a 26 hr. absence from our home, we returned to find the temperature in our house at 14 degrees. We made several attempts to reach the company who serviced our furnace annually. After more than 3 hours and no contact, we decided to call DOYLE and spoke to someone directly. Darrin arrived within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter, and heat came from the registers once again! Thanks, Darrin, for your speed, friendliness and efficiency!

    Drain Issue

    So often we are quick to criticize but are slow to compliment. Early this week I had a kitchen sink drain problem which I could not clear. Not knowing any plumbers, I used the Yellow Pages and the first name I came to was yours. Firstly, what a pleasure it was to be greeted on the phone by a friendly and happy voice, (and not an answering machine!) who assured me that someone would be out to look after my problem that very day. Your staff followed up and kept me informed as to the status of my service call. Secondly, your service man Thom was so very pleasant, he was efficient and corrected the problem quickly and then asked if I had other problems he could look at while here. He also cleared my bathroom vanity drain and when I also complained about the toilet he suggested a solution and quoted me on the cost. Thom and his student/assistant, Matt, were here today and changed out the toilets as quoted. Again, your office staff kept me informed of the status of the call, and when Thom and Matt arrived they performed the task quickly and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. What a pleasure to have them in my home! You must feel proud to have such happy, efficient employees - but you must also be a good employer to maintain such a great staff. Congratulations and I would be happy if you would pass this message on to them. I certainly will call Doyle again if I have problems and would strongly recommend you to anyone who might need your services. Thank You - Ruth and Doug

    No Heat

    I placed a service call to Doyle Plumbing, to diagnos and repair a furnace not opertating properly (no heat - ignition). The service technician Darrin answered the call and I felt it was important to drop a line, to let you know how impressed I was with a job well done. Not only was the original pressure swich issue resolved, an additional issue with the humidifier solenoid was repaired as well. Throughout, Darrin was informative and explained what was needed and cost to cary out the repair. I will now be using Dolyle Plumbing for our house hold HVAC needs.
