From the beginning to ent this was the best experience I have had with all the renovations I have gotten done in the last several years . It seems there is always something on my wish list to get done. Bill R. the sales consultant was very thorough and professional in stating what would be done and the costs involved and when Jon D. and Greg D. arrived and did the job I was thoroughly satisfied with their approach and detailed work and explanations on how to operate the windows right down to how easy they are to clean. They were neat prompt and professional. These windows were the last to be replaced and this is the best job yet. I give them a 10 out of 10. for professionalism and workmanship. I will definately be tooting their horn to my family and friends !

We were very pleased with Jeff Q and Nick who were both highly professional and personable with the installation of our patio doors. They worked a long day and demonstrated skilled craftsmanship with the door cut out, installation, siding and capping. Truly well finished. Neighbours commented on the excellent work. Jeff Q and Nick went above and beyond to swat out yellow jackets that tried to gain entry while the wall was open! Jeff Q generously shared his expertise with tips for the landing which will now be built. We are happy with the quality of the doors and lifetime warranty. Andrew too was a thorough sales rep and helpful in our decision to choose Centennial.

The team at Centennial Windows and Doors are a top notch group. Bradley, our sales rep, took the time to ensure that our needs would be met. He answered all our questions and was conscientious. Had front windows, patio door and smaller basement windows replaced. Installers were very accommodating and explained products and mechanisms thoroughly. I am disappointed with quality of screen door for patio as it's very lightweight and keeps lifting off the track. All windows replaced were exceptional quality so we were are very surprised and disappointed to have such a base screen door and not functional. We had an issued where the correct size trim wasn't included in the 'kit' for the patio door install. We had to wait a month for them to return to complete the job as that was when they were 'back in town' next. All staff we've interacted with have been very pleasant and sympathetic to issues caused but not overly concerned with my issues (until finally escalated to GM). It seemed to be me always trying to connect with someone there to find out what was going on with order and install. More communication and better customer service AFTER you've committed to the job would be appreciated.

Installation day was changed to meet my schedule. Installers were friendly and efficient. I was worried about missing the character of old windows but as the sales representative promised I am pleased with the new window. The new window frames my view of the lake and provides good ventilation.

Love my new windows and doors!! So nice and bright! The 2 gentlemen Jeff Q & Nick worked great together and were friendly and answered any question I had. Before the left they showed me the in and outs of my doors and windows and how easy the screens pop out. Everything was cleaned up and moved back before they left!! I would definitely recommend Jeff Q & Nick to others and if I have more windows doors done I would welcome these guys back!

Basement window replaced. Service provided smoothly. Installers very professional, considerate, and friendly. There was a small complication in the installation process. The issue was addressed and work was completed beautifully and to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the window that has installed. Jon D and Greg D. were great to work with. The window is beautiful and functions exactly as the salesperson stated. All good.

The installation team of Jon. D and Greg. D was punctual, courteous, and efficient. They did a great installation job, clean up, arrived on time and finished the job promptly.

We had a few quotes done for front and back doors to be replaced and went with Centennial because of the professionalism and warranty/guarantee. Andrew the sales person was very good at explaining colours and styles and had all the example materials so we could compare with our siding. The installers Jon D. and Greg D were very good as well. They took the extra minute to congratulate my wife on our new baby and said he was going to be a new dad soon. The work performed was top tier, everything looks and feels great. Thanks for the great work everyone.

I highly recommend this company. We've gradually had all our Windows and doors replaced by Centennial and always are pleasantly surprised by their professional friendliness. They have also come back and fixed problems with no charge. We love the lifetime guarantèe. They arrive on time, clean up after quickly doing their work and our home is now practically soundproof. Thank you to a wonderful Canadian company.
