Inefficient and slow service. They came three times prior to ordering the window. It has been two months and no news. Disappointing.

In early 2022, I engaged with Centennial to replace our front door with a new steel door, and also to install a storm door with it. The representative stated that Centennial was the only company who would warranty a door that also had a storm on top - as long as installed as a set. Installation in July 2022 and quickly we realized that the storm door was extremely noisy as it closed. The window panel that would drop down to expose the hidden screen has a metal frame that would rattle loudly when fully upright when the door closed to the frame. Service came out and agreed the noise was excessive. Took company until fall to respond that they source the storm from another company so have limited ability to do much. Contacted again in early 2023 to ask for update, and perhaps remove/refund if they can't satisfy me. I will get my own door from local big box which I know is better build quality. Was in conversation with service manager who said they had a couple of options they wanted to try. Service returned in early summer and tried installing some horrendous weather-strip in track to muffle noise. Made panel near impossible to slide and then weather-strip disengaged and fell out. Service rep said I would get a follow-up by service manager and I could express my opinion when contacted. It is November 2023 now and I still have not been contacted by the company. Apparently company is liked if job is not without is, not so good about how well they handle issues.

The 2 bathroom windows were needing replacement. Zac and Taylor, excellent installers ....placed 2 windows in my ensuite bathroom and second bathroom effortless. They cleaned up like there was no install happening...we are very happy

The two window installers Josh and Scott that came to my house were very professional , polite, courteous. Very tidy they cleaned up after each job before moving to the next , Very Pleased with their customer service Thanks Josh and Scott

We had our front entry door, transom and sidelights, as well as the double doors for our Juliette balcony redone just over a year ago. We're still pretty happy about it. The old door was letting in drafts and the new entryway is such a huge, huge improvement. Plus it looks beautiful. Thank you Olegs and Taylor for your excellent work. Today, we had our back door redone. Once again, very happy with the work. Taylor was back, this time with Zac. Everybody from Chris in sales, to Taylor, Olegs & Zac were all very friendly, polite and professional. We'll call again when we're ready to replace our patio door and windows!

The installation of new windows and doors from Centennial went very well. I appreciated the installers, Josh and Scott, who worked efficiently and carefully with great craftmanship to complete the work.

We had 2 new exterior doors installed. Scott & Kevin did a fantastic job. They came in removed the old doors, trim & frame & installed all brand new. Workmanship was superb, you couldn't ask for a better job. The guys were great, polite and friendly & did an excellent job cleaning up. This is our 2nd project with Centennial, where they installed French Doors & would recommend them.

Doug and Paco are true professionals. One gets the sense that they truly know their product and stand by it. They are skilled and efficient and they bring a sense of customer service and care that is becoming somewhat of a rarity these days. Very happy with our doors and windows!
