We had 3 patio doors, 1 entrance door, and 14 windows replaced. Excellent products, customer service and communication from the Centennial Windows and Doors team. Frank did the in-house consultation and answered all our questions. We had another company come in and do a consultation but Centennial Windows and Doors was our choice. Nick and Adam were professional with installation and always kept in communication with us during the process. We recommend this company. Rick and Sherrie

It's hard to put into words how terrible my experience with Centennial has been so far. I'll give the company a chance to make it right but at this point with 0 communication for over a week the bad review is going out. Quick summary, install date given was completely wrong and cost me a lot of money. 3 windows measured wrong, 1 not even ready. Have tried contacting company multiple ways and can't even get a call back. Order #9-137423, Robert Papineau. Long summary Had salesman out in November to quote/measure, that went well he told us windows/door would be ready to install in February. Second guy came to measure, he confirmed February. Come February I get a text to book my install April 18. I sold a load of soybeans after ordering the windows so I'd have money to pay in February as we don't load soybeans in the winter. Had they just told me April I wouldn't be down $8000. Now come April 18. Heard nothing from the company since the text in February. Guys show up April 18, ask me if I've been told that my door is still not ready. Nope, no communication there. They start installing windows (guys doing install were great by the way), get a couple done then I hear "oh no". Turns out 3 of the windows were measured wrong. 1 of them in the nursery for our baby that's on the way. Install guys tell me they will be remade and someone will call me in a couple days with an update. It's been a week. I've left two messages, and an email. Nothing. I've paid an initial deposit of $4400, have yet to pay the rest as job isn't completed.

We replaced all our windows and front door. We are very happy with them. The two installers, Jeff and Mat, were very professional and friendly. We received other quotes that were less but only came with a 10 year warranty and it was not the same quality.

Jeff & Matt did a great job of installing our new front door & sidelights. They came on time, were very polite & clean with their work. Very nice & polite to talk to as well. Thanx guys for a job well done.

I was impressed at the first meeting I had with Sean about replacing my builder's grade front door. I was told it would take 6-10 weeks to arrive but it only took 4 weeks. Zac G and Jordan S installed it and they were both friendly, informative, professional, fast and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Centennial to anyone, the quality is amazing and I love my new door!!

Henry & Nick arrived early and completed the installation quickly and with minimal mess. Both were very polite professional appearing. We are very pleased with the windows and service and will recommend Centennial to anyone needing windows and/or doors. This was our second home install using Centennial.

Jeff and Mat came to install windows and doors for our home. It was a pleasure working with them from the beginning to the end. They were also very polite and kind to not only me but the kids and pets as well. It was a great experience, thanks again Jeff and Mat.

We are very please with our new windows. Chris and Cory were courteous, and efficient. They completed the job with ease and cleaned up wonderfully. We are very happy with the final results.
