Vinyltek dramatically improved the views from inside my home and modernised the outside look of the home

Had every window in our house replaced by Vinyltek. Very happy with the windows however they left without finishing the job. Every window sill has nail holes that remain unfilled and unpainted. Have called a million times and they claimed that they would help and then they called back to say that this is not part of their service. Theres also a large crack where they caulked and they will not fix it. Be prepared to spend a ton on windows then more to have someone else come and finish the job. Be warned that quote for windows does not include entire job. Quite disappointed.

Windows were installed with incorrect brackets for the size of window. When my electrician went to open a larger window, the hinge ripped off the bracket and the entire 100 pound window fell 3 floors, missing an excavator by a few feet, and almost brought the electrician with him. When my sales person was contacted, they were initially defensive, but when they saw a photo, they could tell the wrong brackets were installed. Due to supply, it was some time before a replacement was provided, and the windows couldn't be opened during this time. Incredibly, the wrong brackets were installed a second time, and the windows would not shut after being opened. At this point, due to supply chain issues, it was around 9 months until they were able to come back and install replacement brackets, though not the ones they were hoping to install as they cannot source a critical part. Windows will still not close after opening, and so I'm unable to risk opening them, and have had to contact Vinyltek to come back onsite to close. Their service technicians have not been providing details or providing adequate testing. This has been a disaster, and although they are dealing with supply chain issues, the critical mistakes that were made and the lack of clear communication on which windows were functional, was completely unacceptable. I would look elsewhere for windows to a company that has their processes more polished.

We installed Vinyltek windows and 3 oversized patio doors in our new home, 7 years ago. Right on the water, lots of winter storms. All perfect, no issues at all. Top quality.

So I had 6 quotes about two years ago for our home to replace all our windows. Long Life being one of them. To make a long story short it was THE BEST decision we ever made. They weren't the cheapest but they were the best for sure hands down! The owner came to measure almost immediately, listened to all concerns due to previous issues from vendors and assured me he would put his best and most experienced team on our home to do the project and he did. They did a beautiful job and everyone in the neighbourhood was knocking on our door wanting their number. Since then I had a tiny warranty issue on one window and made a simple call, the owner simply said " no problem", a email was sent and wheels were in motion and two men came yesterday and 10 minutes and I mean 10 min literally! it was replaced. They were so professional, courteous, and amazing! Truly, don't look anywhere else, these guys are amazing and have the reputation for a reason. Also there administration staff in Burnaby is amazing when I went to have my screens fixed. Thank you Zooey and staff. I have already handed out a bunch more of your business cards you gave me. THE BEST WINDOW COMPANY!!!!!!

This is an unsolicited review, which I hope will help anyone who appreciates outstanding customer service. All windows and doors in our Tudor Style Home were replaced with Vinyltek products. The problems we experienced were faults with the installation company. Following a call to Vinyltex, a service technician rectified everything and thoroughly inspected all windows and doors. If I could give more stars I would, as peace of mind means a lot. Special thanks to Management and Staff at Vinyltek.

From the initial quote in May 2019 by Paul and to installation by Shawn, Carl and Peter; can't say enough about their professionalism, timeliness and process. Very accommodating, pleasant, paid attention to leaving premises clean and orderly. The experience with the crew (and the office staff) was great, windows look great, are quiet and clean inside, and the outside looks professionally finished. vinyltek euro door and windows have design flaws, leaks cold air and spiders can come through the door hinges. insects can come thru the edges of the screens. waited for 2 years and they have not come to fix the issues. they keep changing the personnels in the service department. vinyltek casement windows are noisy and strong winds can make it open wider unless it is locked.

The windows are fantastic! After struggling with our old windows it is a dream to open our windows with our fingertips. On installation day our crew was very professional and very meticulous in their installation. We had three windows installed and did not have to have any repairs done to the surrounding areas after the installation was complete. Our installers even cleaned the windows of any fingerprints and smudges before they left.
