Sam was excellent throughout the entire process. He worked with us to minimize the cost for the project by helping us make an informed decision regarding what portions of the house really needed to be painted. His willingness to work with us ultimately ensured we got the best bang for our buck, instead of only presenting us with an "all or nothing" scenario. When it was later determined that the wooden front deck railing was going to be removed, he readily accepted our request to have the back deck's wooden railing painted instead, an item not initially included in the contract. He was also exceedingly supportive and understanding when a 3rd party contractor took longer than expected to complete necessary outdoor work prior to the start of painting, and pushed the schedule to the right at least once to accommodate the delay. Regardless of Sam's career path, he has some great skills that would serve him well as an entrepreneur. In fact, I want to say that I was impressed that all 3 young men showed skills that would be suited to any sort of endeavor in the public sphere.
Both painters, Jayden and Nathan, were very professional, conscientious and personable. They did an excellent job in all respects. It was clear that they were truly comfortable interacting with the public in a professional and courteous manner. I'm sure that their friendship also enhanced their ability to work as a team. Beyond work-related topics, my wife and I had several enjoyable impromptu conversations with them that revealed their superior work ethic and their desire to provide all-round great customer service. Minor adjustments to the plan throughout the 3-day job, or suggestions for minor touch-ups during the final walk-around were readily and happily accommodated without issue. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind - save for an excellent paint job.
