I walked into the store for the first time and fell in love with everything! I bought a dining table which I absolutely love!! I also bought a couch and matching chair for living room with a media unit. I need to go back for more decorative things now. Paintings, etc. The delivery team was great, very nice. The only downside was everything was in very large boxes which are difficult to break down and get into a regular recycle bin. I have told several people at work to go check it out!!

Service at store was OK. Had yo approach sales to tell them what I needed but got the order processed. Delivery window is ridiculous. 9am to 1pm and they didn't come until 1:45pm. Products so far are as expected. Well packaged. Test of longevity is next and time will tell. Would recommend store for products and pricing. Service not so much.

I had a positive experience at Structube. The sales rep was polite and informative. Very happy with my purchase. I bought a couch, arm chair, bed, duvet cover, bedside table and end table. i went in to just browse and ended up buying all this stuff, so I was obviously impressed!

I was looking for an inexpensive table lamp and found one at Structure online. When I dropped by my local Structure store, they didn't have it in stock but brought it over from another location. I picked it up a week later. It's just what I wanted and adds a nice, modern touch to my living room without breaking the bank.

I went to the store looking for a dining set. Staff was very helpful. I found a nice quality furniture reasonable prices. Expect a long wait for products. Would visit again.

I recently relocated to Ottawa and had to order a large amount of furniture for my new home. After looking at many different stores, it was clear that Structube was the best option as they maintained affordable prices without sacrificing style and design. As mentioned, I ordered a number of pieces from the company: media unit, coffee table, couch, armchair, dining chairs, bed, mattress, dresser, side table, and mirror. I was pleased with the products when I made the initial order, but after setting them up, I was elated! The products looked fantastic and were very easy to put together. I was able to complete everything in less than a day. The only issue that I encountered was in regards to service. Although the staff was mostly helpful, there were a number of issues with my order. Initially, I had placed one large order that was to be delivered on September 2nd. I was informed that some pieces were back ordered, but that if they were not ready for the deadline, they would simply need to be picked up at a later date. A few weeks later, I called back to confirm the order, however, I was informed that nothing was scheduled to be delivered as they were awaiting one piece. I was very grateful I called, as this miscommunication on the company's behalf would have left me without a bed to sleep on. Following this, the order was split and reentered with all pieces, apart from the media unit, scheduled to be delivered on September 2nd. The delivery went well and later on September 8th I was informed that the media unit had arrived. I went to the store that evening and was quite upset when I found out that the unit, which I originally ordered months before, had been reentered in the wrong colour. I was sent home empty handed. I was informed by Structube that I was only to receive a small discount to compensate me for this mistake. I remain quite frustrated by this and feel like the company should have done more to assist me. Although I will continue to support the company, in the end, I did not feel valued as a customer.

Manager went above and beyond to help..Helpful staff.Great store,clean and well set up. Will be back, and send friends. Best service I have had in a long time. Keep up the good work!!!

I was looking for a wide, comfortable chair that was clean and classy looking. I had gone to several stores with the concept of the particular look. My last store was Stuctube. There it was just around the wall division. It was what I had been looking for. The design and quality of materials fit in with my flair for simplicity without losing quality. The comfort was just right! It was an easy decision and the service was great. It now is in its place at home looking pristine and perfect.

A great selection of wall art and unique pieces. This one was a perfect addition to my condo that made it striking, especially with directional lighting. Great value for the effect.

I purchased a set of office table a little bit more than one year ago. It is a glass table. Now I can even lift the glass top from the metal support. Stuctube refuse to do anything because it has only one year warrrenty.
