We came into the store to check out the sale items. Some of the employees seemed distracted and confused. The employee assisting us was great and advised us on the appropriate delivery options and estimated delivery times. We are happy with our pieces and the prices we paid to add a sleek and finished look to our bonus room.

Matt and the manager were extremely helpful and patient at the store at the Shops of Don Mills. We found all our needs in one store and we are having it delivered to our new address out of town. They even loved our dog! I recommend them highly!

We moved in to a bigger apartment, and we wanted to pick something convenient to our living room. A friend recommended structube. Indeed, we found the most suitable choices and prices at structube. The staff in the store were too friendly, and helped us pick what is best for our new living room.

I purchase a futon and it came damaged. I called and emailed head office. No one has contacted me yet from head office regarding the replacement. This is my first experience with structube and it has not been good. Head office service is not good. I called the store yesterday and the manager seems to be more helpful. I kept my end of the deal and paid for the flow futon in full plus delivery. Structube has not kept their end of the deal and provided me with a futon that is not damaged. These items should be checked in the warehouse. My son has had to sleep on a mattress in the floor because Structube head office does not feel it is necessary to correct this problem in a timely manner. Very disappointed customer. I am in customer service and I know that when customers have a good experience they may not tell anyone but when the have a bad experience they tell everyone. All I am looking for is what I paid for. The process for a replacement has been very frustrating.

I moved a couple of months ago and could not seem to find a couch that I liked. I saw the turquoise Constance couch when visiting and simply fell in love with it. Its light colour keeps my apartment bright and happy. May be extra work to keep clean as I have two dogs, but totally worth the extra effort. Thank you!

Dominic a great asset to your company . People make a companies success , the sales reps on the floor make the company not the white shirts in the office looking down. Great Store slightly better then IKEA . I will be back for more. Casey Lynch. The table took 3 weeks to get to me, feels good to be able to sit down and eat , was told by the store manager it would be in next wed , that was three wed ago.

I shopped at Structube to buy some trinkets for my new home. I ended up buying a king size bed, night tables and credenza. Also bought a sofa table. I am so impressed with the customer service I received in store. Today I received my shipment of my bed and night tables. The delivery service was awesome. They called me a half hour before arriving and were very courteous. The quality of the bed was amazing , very high quality. I am so happy with all my buys. I don't know how they are with their return policy because I love everything and plan on keeping it all

Bought a bed and 4 bar stools. Love all of them. Bed was delivered to my home. I picked up bar stools at store. Would have been better had they been delivered together. But that didn't work out.

I I bought 4 chairs and then changed my mind and it was easy to change my order by phone. When I picked the chairs up the clerk helped me fit them into my car, which was much appreciated. Very happy with my chairs:)
