Tired of sleeping on the floor saw this bed on Structube flyer. Fell in love..dreamt about it..read every review -some not very promising - and details about bed on company website..living in an old appartment building , with unreliable small elevator, on top floor almost changed my mind. But prompt email replies to every question and concern I had from Structube Staff, and a final visit to a store to confirm this piece of furniture is worth every penny made me buy it on the spot. Delivery company is well organized and calls a day ahead. If you read all the information on the structube site there should not be any surprises. The bed comes in two boxes and everything is well packaged. It took my friend and I two hours to put it together, but the instructions are easy to understand. Tools are provided. The piece is solid, the slats are okay quality and I am not worried they will break any time soon.

I really liked dealing with this company. This staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Items that had to be ordered were available before the promised date. The delivery company was excellent - courteous and professional. Most of the furniture was easy to assemble (as promised by the sales staff). However, the one exception was a filing cabinet which is meant to fit under a desk. There had to be at least 100 pieces (including assorted screws and hardware). My family gave up trying to assemble it and it remains unfinished. I would not recommend that anyone purchase this particular piece. However, I am going back to purchase two more pieces to complete my living room. I will check on the number of pieces to assemble before purchasing them.

The sales staff are extremely inconsistent at the Don Mills location. Some of them are extremely nice and helpful, while others are rude and inattentive. We were told all our furniture would be ready on X date when we initially bought all our furniture. On X date, we arrived bright and early with our rental truck and were told rudely by a female blonde sales associate that we would be texted when everything was ready and they that tons of stuff to do. Okay. When my husband and I went back to the store later in the evening to check on our furniture, we found out that everything was ready to go but we never got a text.

Great style of furniture! Very European! I love these sectional sofas 'Horizon' and 'Cooper'. I also like the bed linen and would suggest to have more sizes, let's say double and twin. The friendly staff makes shopping more pleasant. Love the store!

I love to shop at Stuctube. Most of my stuff inside the house are bought from Structube. The Staffs from the location that I always been to are very friendly, the service is good. I will always recommend structube to friends and family. I love the bed frame that I recently bought for my daughter.

We had extra guests plan to drop by unexpectedly right after we moved into our new condo. We didn't have enough chairs to seat everyone for dinner! Without enough items in stock to meet our needs the Structube sales rep - against store policy - sold us their floor model and literally saved our butts! We love our new chairs and we're very thankful for the accommodation.

Very sturdy and comfortable sofa, came well wrapped and looks beautiful in my home! Very elegant and regal looking, love the tufting and the nailhead trim and looks way more expensive than it is. Very satisfied.

I bought most of the furniture from structube for my first home and I love every bit of what I bought. I had a vision in my mind to give my home a contemporary yet rustic look and structube had everything I had envisioned!! I have already recommended to all my friend. I have become a fan of this store!

We recently bought the Hamburg dining table along with a bench and 5 plank chairs. We love the products we received. They are well made! The service we received was excellent. The staff at the merivale location was very friendly and knowledgeable. The table was delivered in under a week. We will be visiting structube again :)
