    TERRIBLE customer service

    Very disappointed with Structube. We ordered a bed on December 25th via the website, setting delivery for Jan 3rd. On January 3, wrote an email to customer support stating we were home and received no update on delivery. Today, 10 days later after hearing nothing I called in to customer service to ask about the status. Was advised backordered until the 27th of January. I was told they were busy for Christmas rush and missed many emails including mine. That someone else must have also bought the very last bed seconds before I did, hence not being advised of the back order. So I had to suck it up and accept their terrible lack of follow up, ignored contact, long phone wait time and disingenuous customer service. They didn't even offer any remedies or attempt to keep my business. Worst customer service I have experienced. I'm a business owner myself, would never treat customers like that.

    Furnitures

    Some parts are a little dirty like in the picture or dusty. Installation takes some time, not hard, but really time consuming. I would say the quality is not bad for the price though.

    Impossible to Assemble

    We just bought a sofa bed from Structube. I didn't realize assembly was required. The experience was horrible. After 2 hours it is still not together. The bolts don't fit into the holes as the tolerances are off. Stay awwy from this product

    BAD QUALITY BAD SERVICE

    I got a sofa-bed last year, and barley used it as it was the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever seen. After 3 months, it was looking like a 20 year old sofa. Most of the buttons popped off, lint balls are all over the sofa, and started sagging from the first day. Since it is in the first year I asked for the warranty, sent them pictures and the receipt of course. After 9 days, they called and told me they will only fix the buttons as the other issues are not covered! Worst quality, worst service, I will never buy from them again!

    Beware quality drops over one year: SPENCER Office chair

    We bought a SPENCER Office chair a year ago, then needed a pair, but the caramel colour we had was out of stock, so we bought two white ones. Waited a month, took them home and half the casters are forever locking up, not aligned, on both chairs, causing scratches on our floors. The original was $250, now $150, and can assure you the quality is noticeably different. Beware, you get what you pay for, and as many have noted, final sale, no returns.

    Worst experience ever

    I bought the Gramercy sofa, worst piece of furniture I ever purchased. The cushions don't sit on the sofa properly so teeter from side to side. Customer service at the store is awful, they have no authority to make any decisions on there own, so the onus is on the customer to send emails and pictures to some random email with no response without my followup. Then the response was this is 'normal', and I wasn't able to return. It's no surprise they don't stand behind this cheaply made and uncomfortable sofa. Wish I had read these reviews before dealing with Structube. Never ever again!!!

    Night stand

    I ordered a nightstand on Nov 28, it delivered Dec 7th. I opened the box and the top was gouged, the side of the top was dented, the bottom of the draw fell out. I immediately called Structube. They asked me to take photos. I did and sent them back right away. It is now Dec 16th and I have heard nothing. I called again and they say quality control has not even looked at my pictures to see what they will decide to do. The furniture is subpar and I may not hear from them for 1 or 2 more weeks. Very disappointed with this company for an item I already paid for. Asked to speak to a supervisor, operations manager, process coach and would not let me speak to anyone. Very unhappy with this place and would not recommend.

    Terrible customer services

    I picked up my online order at store, the customer services is desperately terrible, worst experience I ever had. Staffs are apathetic, provide no customer services at all, just get your order done, left all your boxes outside their store and hands-off. They are totally non-responsive, no fund, no contact person, manager is not available, no help.....

    Family Room Couch

    Completed DISSATISFIED over the quality, after sale service and meeting warranty. Had bought a couch for my daughter from Avenue Road, Toronto. It completely fainted and produced lot of lint within couple of month in spite of occasional use. Contacted store for over a dozen times but they were only listening and never responded positively. Even the Head Office would not agree to their own warranty. The couch is in such a dismal state that it is not worth keeping in the living room neither can afford to garbage $1700. I can only say that never ever go to buy from this store. They are not TRUSTWORTHY.

    Fast Delivery when Item is in Stock, Subpar Product

    I ordered the Kompact loveseat in store in September. It was supposed to come in October. I browsed the website obsessively because of the poor reviews, and eventually noticed that the restocking date for Kompact was pushed to November! So I went back to the store and asked for a refund. Well, time went by and I still couldn't find a loveseat so I went back to the Structube site and saw that the colour I wanted was in stock. I ordered it on a Friday online, and called Customer Service to find out if it could be shipped asap. I got it the next Friday! So, delivery is fast as long as the product is actually in stock. As for the loveseat itself, attaching the legs was a hassle. The loveseat had batting where the screws were supposed to go in. It made it impossible to screw them in without cutting the batting out first (yes, maiming the sofa). I also called because the instructions said that a power drill was not recommended, but it was impossible with a screwdriver. Customer Service told me to ignore the instructions and use a powerdrill. Sooo why send out poor instructions? The sofa likely won't last more than two years since it's PVC and it's already looking a bit worn after about a month of use. It's cute just know that you're paying a low price for a reason.
