    Terrible delivery

    Paid for delivery on a certain day. They moved it one week later, in a 4 hour window from 5-9PM. Ok. After waiting 4 hours they still didn't show or even call to say they couldn't deliver. Waste of time. The couch is being returned.

    Most Horrible and Ridiculous Experience Ever!!!

    Can't even begin to explain. To make a long story short, we have been waiting for our bed for just about 3 months now. They have zero customer service. Finally were told that our bed was coming. Waisted an entire Saturday afternoon and night waiting for our delivery so excited to receive our bed only to call the courier and find out that the headboard was not at the warehouse so our bed wasn't even out for deliver! Are you freaking kidding me! No phone call, no nothing. Unbelievable. After days of talking to the store demanding our bed it was once again out for delivery to us the following Friday. I was told the piece was there. I left work early to ensure I was home. When the delivery truck came, I couldn't believe my eyes, they only had 1 piece of the bed!! How is that even possible? How stupid is a company that they would still make this mistake knowing our issues with them?? I just can't even comprehend it!! I was so dumb founded I could barely speak. The anger and stress and disappointment I have felt dealing them is unexplainable. It is now week 2 of a messed up delivery and still no explanation and no bed and no refund or compensation of any kind. I am seriously considering taking this to a prominent Toronto news station to air this story. Enough is enough!!

    Horrible Service and Long Wait Times

    DON'T EVER SHOP HERE! Yes they have an appealing store and prices, But everything you like is 3-4 months away...MINIMUM! No phone calls, no updates, HORRIBLE customer service. Basically they take your money and forget you exist. I should have read the reviews before shopping here. The reviews are true to their word. WORST STORE EVER.

    Worst customer service ever!

    I have placed an order with them two months ago. And after two months, my stuffs should be ready to ship, so i called in and checked with them. The customer service never got picked up, i tried different times and everyday, it's just no-one was there to answer you. Because i placed the order online so the in store stuff told me that they cannot help me. Then i found the headquarter's number:514-333-9747. I called and the person told me he has issued someone to call me back immediately, but waiting through days still no answer. Now my order and money deposit by credit card have been somewhere out there in the air. I am going to contact the local consumer protection act try to solve it out. So to whoever is experiencing the same situation as i am in now, i would suggest you to contact the local Consumer Protection Act, they should be able to help you. At least you should get your money back from them.

    Ridiculous service and no customer service

    Submitted an order in September with a ship to store. One item was backordered until mid October. No updates since that time, no emails, no calls. I kept checking my account online - it only said "in progress." I finally called Customer Service today to discover the one item is now backordered until mid December, so they have just kept holding my order because I believe I chose a bundled delivery. No apologies at all on the phone, no calls to see if because of the delay I wanted my other items earlier. Once I cancelled the backordered item, "customer service" asked if there was anything else, I told the guy I was shocked by their lack of communication and all I got was silence on the phone. This was my first time trying them out. I will never order from them again. Too many other great alternatives.

    Worst experience - DO NOT BUY FROM STRUCTUBE

    After first purchasing our coastal bed and nightstand on August 26, 2016, it wasn't until late October and early November that the pieces were ready for delivery. Waiting 2 months for the furniture, we were very excited to have it in our new home. However we were in for a nasty surprise when the delivery truck arrived. On October 29, the delivery arrived 40 minutes past the 4 hour window, without a phone call from anyone indicating the lateness. The delivery company then refused to bring the bed up to our apartment. They said it wouldn't fit in the elevator. We assured them we had just completed a move bringing in two 9 feet sectional couches. They sat in our lobby for 40 minutes arguing with us, as we frantically tried calling the store and the delivery company. About two hours later, we were given permission to take the bed in ourselves without help from the movers that we had paid for. It did fit in the elevator. We've attached a photo of it in the elevator. When the bed was finally in our apartment, we discovered the mounting plank on the headboard wasn't fastened securely and came crashing down on my brother in law who was helping put the frame together. We had to purchase extra enforcements to make it useable again. Finally, yesterday we went to pick up the matching coastal nightstands on our own, as we didn't want another tumultuous encounter with a delivery company. We brought the end tables home, and one of them was falling apart, unusable. (Photo attached) We are having our housewarming today, and wanted to have a complete home, so we've agreed to take the floor model to swap out the brand new broken one. We paid more than $2000 to Structube and ended up with a floor model, and a broken bed. (not to mention the grief from the delivery ordeal). In the end Structube refunded us a delivery fee, and took $30 off. Can you believe that?!!!! This is the worst company ever!!!

    Service

    Structube, we have a major complaint about your customer service. Your service has driven us nuts with empty promises. We ordered a coffee table in July/2016, and was told to wait until November. During those four months, we NEVER received any notification that our delivery would be postponed until we called this month. We were then told to wait an additional three months, and again you can't guarantee if it will be ready by then. We are extremely upset with your business and level of service we have received. All your company has done to resolve the matter is to give us two options; 1) Keep waiting or 2)Get our money back (What about our compensation for this level of service?) The customer experience should be a much bigger priority, but clearly it is not. We are very understanding if a person or company needs time to solve a problem, but apparently we don't even get a good reason why this has happened. We are extremely motivated to speak out about this and never buy anything from your company again if you cannot fix this problem.

    Worst Experience Ever

    Structube was the worst experience I have ever had. - went in to purchase a bed frame, chairs, mattress and couch - decided to purchase bedframe and chairs and then add to my order later on - was told that everything would ready for pick up in approx 3 weeks - put down approx $800 on the purchase and would pay the final $250 when everything was ready - called a month later to add to my order and was told that my chairs were ready for pick up but that the bedframe was on back order for 3 more months - no one called to let me know about this - was told by the Gastown (Vancouver) manager that I was wrong and it said on my receipt - it didnt say anything on the receipt - was told by same manager to call the customer service line on the website, but he wouldnt give me the # so i looked it up while on the phone and confirmed that the number that said "ONLINE ORDERS" was customer service, he said yes - called customer service number, the number was only for online orders so they couldnt help me at all. Was furious and demanded the email address of the regional manager - was provided with the address and then said good bye, unfortunately the person on the structube end did not hang up and i hear him ridiculing me and my situation to another staff member - emailed about the whole situation and said i wanted a full refund - waiting 7 days and finally got a call from the Regional manager who said he would "lay out the red carpet" for me and do whatever he could to make me happy. I asked what that consisted of and he said he would not charge me the $100 delivery fee. I was never told about this delivery fee, it is not mentioned on the receipt or in any emails - i declined and said i wanted a full refund and would never purchase from them again - went in the store the next day to get said refund, it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to provide me with refund I highly recommend NEVER EVER PURCHASING FROM STRUCTUBE

    Dining table

    Worst customer experience of my life. Ordered a table hopping it would be delivered in 2 weeks but they told me it is going to take a month. Since I really liked the table I agreed to that. At the end of the month I called them and they said it would take a mother two weeks. After 2 weeks called back and they said end of this month. Same happended during the other month. Well 3 months past I still haven't got my dining table. Even though I've deposited 300 dollars. This company sucks and need to really think about its structure.

    Purchases Beds Couch etc.

    Love the selection and quality - Hate your 3rd party delivery. Nothing but challenges and road blocks to delivery. Not customer. friendly. Not accountable. Shame on you for not fixing.
