Had a late night plumbing emergency, Knight was quick to get someone dispatched, explained the costs up front, and gave me a good idea of what to expect. Plumber arrived quickly and and was friendly, clean, professional and got the work done quick.

We were so pleased with the price and the service we received. There were a few unexpected issues with the previous installation that needed to be addressed and the corrections were made to some of our exhaust vents and drainage hoses. Jared our technician was very polite and explained things clearly. We also appreciated how clean and tidy everything was while he was working and when he left. We felt the service was exceptional and would certainly recommend to our friend and neighbours.

Techs were pleasant, courteous, endeavoured to protect the home and keep clean. Knight scheduled the project into their workload quickly. Permit pulled for work. Team was punctual and good about communicating steps throughout the work.

Noticed water damage on ceiling on main floor. Andrew removed toilet. The seal was faulty. We decided to get a new toilet as the existing one was ancient. He also attached a new shower head. All’s well!

Andrew repaired our broken toilet gasket (PVC) using a metal repair gasket siliconed on top of the existing gasket. The job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Knight's again.
