As usual, service was prompt, courteous and professional. Knight Plumbing arranged a service visit within 24 hours to provide a quote for this work and then arranged a second visit to install the new softener within three days. The technician (Geoff) was punctual, friendly and helpful. He left the work area clean and tidy.

After having a few companies come by to fix my furnace, they could not resolve the issue. I called Jon who quickly had a tech to my house. The tech, Kevin was very knowledgeable and personable and was able to diagnose the problem. Great customer service all around! Fardijah

There was a mistake with the location of the drain line when the furnace was first installed . This caused it to freeze during a cold snap and the furnace quit. However when I called they sent someone out quickly and the issue was repaired quickly at no cost to me which I much appreciated.
