I have used LB Heating and Air Conditioning for all of my furnace / AC needs. They are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. When I've required their services they have always shown up same day and fixed the issue. If the furnace required a part, they had it by the following day and it was fixed then.(Blower motor had to be replaced) They are very clear on timing and pricing. Ali, the service technician that has always done my jobs, is very personable, and knowledgeable. He explains exactly what has gone wrong and what he's doing to fix it. The reception has always been kind and exact with her coordination of setting up the arrival time of the technician. I highly recommend LB Heating and Air Conditioning.

I recently moved into the neighborhood and needed an air conditioner for the summer. The experience with LB Heating was fantastic from from to end. They were extremely helpful in sizing the proper AC unit for me, the installation went really well, and the unit works great and helped me keep cool all summer. A few months later I had a duct relocation project and of course I reached out to them again. It was the same experience and the team was super helpful in advising me on the relocation and the completing the project. Highly recommended and I will definitely be working with them again.

LB Heating & Air Conditioning is exceptional. Both Ted and Delleny were excellent, doing a thorough cleaning and also an inspection to make sure the system fell in line with the operation specs. They did discover that the furnace had not been bonded by the previous installer years ago. Good to know, as that is not a safe situation. The word of this company is spreading in our neighbourhood as they were referred to me by a neighbour and I have since passed their contact info along to 2 other households in the area. I can’t thank them enough and have no trouble recommending them to anyone

Ted and crew installed everything professionally and on time. It has now been almost three years since the install, and everything continues to work fine. The new furnace and AC heat and cool the house better than the old ones, plus we save money on gas and electricity with the higher efficiency units.

Ted and staff showed up and efficiently diagnosed a vague faulty light flashing for my vitogas 100, verified some facts with the company and thoroughly explained the whole situation to me. I have no problem recommending these guys ever since they first installed it in 2005. No upselling on their part, and continue to provide honest work.

I just had a Fujitsu Ductless Heat Pump installed by LB Heating and Air Conditioning. Already I am enjoying its options. John and Brian, the installers were great, very considerate of the times. Both wore masks and arrived with their own container of Lysol Wipes. A pleasure to have them in my home. This unit comes with a great warranty. I will be enjoying it for a long time.

Great service. Technician was passionate about getting the job done and they helped us out of a tough spot! We’re responsive and did all the work that other companies tried to avoid doing (eg thought it wasn’t their responsibility). Really grateful!!! Highly recommend!!

I hired LB H/AC to install ductless AC in my home because my parents have been using their services for over 10 years. Mike came to my home and was phenomenal about helping me decide where to place the units. Unfortunately there was a hiccup with the install and the system wasn't working properly. Both Mike and Ted reassured me that this was rare and promised to have me up and running asap. They were in contact with me daily which set my mind at ease. Everything was fixed and it runs beautifully. Thanks guys!

Our gas was shut off to our boiler by the gas company in first week in March because we were told we needed a CO test.L.B.Heating owner Ted came to our rescue and 14 year old boiler needed replacing with a very bad CO reading.We had anew boiler installed the very next day and only had to bear the cold weather one night.Ted and his service people were very polite and prompt to our cold situation. Thank You guys for helping us out so quickly and we're happy with our new Slant Fin boiler.We will gladly recommend your business to everyone many Thank Yous..
