    Condo Renovation

    “Hi Eduardo, Debra and I are enjoying our renovated condo immensely and are so proud to now show it off to our family and friends! We both agree everything turned out exactly like we wanted – you guys did a great job, so hats off to yourself, Derek and the rest of the team. The open communication by Eduardo and his attention to every detail, however minor it was, reassured us that we made the right choice in Level One. Everyone at level one, not just Eduardo and Randy but the front office ladies as well, were always a pleasure to deal with. Randy and Debra B.”

    Kitchen and bathroom renovation

    On-site team, Dave and Dennis, were careful, respectful, and tidy. Site was left in excellent condition at the end of every day. Project Manager was absent for five of the first ten weeks of our project and the LevelOne office was slow/incomplete in response to the few requests we made during his absence. Demolition/rough-in on our medium-sized kitchen and small bathroom took eight weeks. PM consistently mystified - rather than clarified - the process. Responses to our questions were often wordy and difficult to understand. LevelOne's quoted costs were almost always significantly higher than retail costs quoted while doing our research. We logged markups of 20-50% (sometimes up to 100%) on fixtures, accessories, construction materials, and sub-trades. Quickly raised doubts about connectedness/competitiveness of LevelOne's "preferred" suppliers. Ultimately, we requested a release from our contract with LevelOne after completion of the rough-in stage and finished our renovation with another contractor.

    Bathroom

    To anyone who plans to use the services of LevelOne Construction & Renovations, please note: From the owners’ leadership to their workers, this company takes great pride in their work, the quality of such work, and the overall service. They always keep their word and the end result is absolutely always well done. We have experienced their professional services a few times and have never been disappointed.     Kitchen and Bath Reno

    Currently in the midst of a renovation. To this point, Level One has been very professional, helpful, and communicative. We have been suitably impressed. They communicate with us during the times we are available and have worked with our strata council and with the city to begin the planning process.

    bathroom/kitchen renovations

    We are very happy with the wonderful job that Level One did on transforming our old and dated kitchen and bathroom in our 25 year old condo. They did an excellent professional job from start to finish. They were very clean and mindful of following condo rules and getting all the required city permits and inspections. The results were beyond our expectations. We have no hesitation recommending Level One.

    Kitchen Cabinetry

    A friend of mine recommended Level One to me so I gave them a call hoping that I will be getting the great service my friend recieved. The price was reasonable and they always went the extra mile in order to get the cabinets exactly how I wanted them to look. I didn't felt rush by them and they were always there to answer my questions. Their service was phenomenon! One of the best contractors in metro Vancouver!

    Kitchen Renovation

    Complete Kitchen Reno, Entrance, and Living room

    “Our family is extremely impressed with the completed renovation, everybody that comes into our house is blown away with the transformation. Eduardo’s great sense of design really put our house on another level, possibly Level One! The employees are professional and competent; they took extra care in keeping the worksite safe and clean which is very important when there are two mischievous toddlers about. We were so satisfied with the kitchen that we asked Level One back not six months later to help with our bathroom. Thank you Level One to take such good care of us!

    Kitchen Renovation

    I learned a lot from Eduardo, Derek and team on how renovations can be complex and bewildering. So, I am glad to have left my kitchen renovation job to a very competent crew who paid attention to detail. I most certainly recommend Level One to friends and family!

    Complete Condo Renovation

    The final product is fantastic! We went pretty far over budget, but that was mostly additions we put into the project and some of the more expensive choices we made. Eduardo did a good job trying to rein us in. We didn't go with a lowest bid contractor and are confirmed that was the right decision! I have already recommended Level One to a family and friends!
