Long Life Replaced approximately 20 single-glazed windows for us in two phases. We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the finished product - the crew was very receptive to our direction and extremely professional throughout. You may be paying a moderate premium, but that premium buys you peace of mind AND an excellent outcome!

Our french doors looking out to our beautiful patio were permanently cloudy because the seals around the wood frame were compromised. Kris came to the house, explained how new windows and doors would be manufactured and installed and gave us a reasonable estimate. Bernard and his son arrived a few weeks later to install the new doors. They were polite, engaging and expert craftsmen and we had gorgeous new french doors in half a day. Now we can see perfectly into our lovely garden. I highly recommend Long Life..a stress free experience with a fabulous result.

We are very happy with the product and the service. Bernard and his crew worked fast and accurately. We even received some help in areas beyond the scope of the project. We were most impressed when a member of the crew showed up one evening after work hours to make sure that the caulking was sufficient for the rainy conditions.

Robert and his crew from Vinyltek who delivered and installed the windows did a wonderful job. On time, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. We would highly recommend Peter Wright from Long Life and always suggest that they ask for Robert as the installer.

From the first meeting, to the last phonecall, we couldn't have been happier with the process. Paul and Pat were available, helpful, patient, and understood our needs. The installers, Bernard, Sean, Devon and Josh were efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and did what they said they would in good time. Bernard went above and beyond with a special request for our oval window. The whole site, inside and out, was cleaned up every evening, and the work progressed smoothly every day. We were sorry to see them leave. We cannot recommend this company more highly, and would definitely hire them again.

Our son-in-law referred us to Longlife after doing all of his research. Knowing how thorough he was we were convinced this company had the best product before we even saw the product. Once we heard their presentation we were further convinced they had the best product and they told us that there were certainly cheaper products out there. We started out doing just front windows on our home and a rental property. We followed up doing all of the windows in our house and we are thrilled with the results including three beautiful sliding patio doors. We can't say enough about the professionalism of Richard and his installation crew. We were consulted about along the way about installation options and every detail was done to our satisfaction. I will not hesitate to recommend LongLife to anyone I know that is in the market for replacement windows.

I obtained five quotes for this project and Long Life's Paul Saunders knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail convinced me that this was the best choice for our home. Paul is not only very professional but also a very honest and down to earth guy who instilled in us the confidence that this was the best product and installation for us. I felt totally confident all along that the job would be done right and in the end was not one bit disappointed. Yes, other companies were cheaper than Long Life but you do indeed get what you pay for and in my experience, Long Life far exceeded my expectations of a good job on all fronts. These guys work hard because they wan to make sure that the customer is pleased but also because they have high work ethics. You don't see much of that anymore these days which may also speaks volumes of the leadership witin this company. I would be very happy to recommend Long Life to anyone.
