    Excellent, quality and professional

    George and Omega Windows and Doors were excellent and professional from day one. Answered all our questions and ensures we got professional service. Very high quality install, highly recommended!

    Replacement front and sliding rear door

    We had George over to quote a new front door and sliding rear door. He provided us with expert advice and suggestions and was not "pushy' in any way. It was a natural decision to choose Omega for the purchase and installation and we are very happy with the results. The installers were punctual, friendly and took a few minutes to go over the features of the finished products. I highly recommend George and his team.

    Great experience

    We had a door installed last week. We got a referral from our neighbours and had a very positive experience working with James, Project Manager, and his polite and efficient team. Great communication, quick responses, and a tidy installation. We've also had an opportunity to meet George in the showroom who was very helpful in his suggestions.

    Front & back doors

    Had George over for a quote on front & back doors. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions and he made great recommendations. The installers were nothing short of outstanding. The doors look amazing and there was literally no mess at all when they were done. They were polite, professional and had to answer more of our questions with great knowledge of their product and clearly wanted the job to be perfect as their attention to detail was amazing. We will be going forward with Omega for all our windows in the near future. Can't go wrong with this company!

    Great Experience & Outcome

    I had a front door installed today by Steve and Paul, and I have to say they were extremely friendly, polite and efficient. They knew exactly how to do their job. It was a pleasure having them working at my home. I strongly recommend them from the company Omega. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a door or windows installed. I also have the privilege of meeting George, who was also wonderful.

    Great Communication + Tidy Installation = Superb Experience

    We had ~10 windows and a sliding patio door replaced this summer, and we were incredibly pleased with George and his team. Communication was consistently timely, as first-time window shoppers our options were clearly explained (including in relation to the Canada Greener Homes loan/grant process), and we were pleasantly surprised with the minimal dust that was left when the installation was all said and done. Shortly after the install, we noticed an issue with the sliding door, but the team at Omega quickly connected us with the manufacturer and the issue was resolved soon after. We would highly recommend George and the Omega Windows team for anyone in our area.

    Disappointed with Omega Windows

    I recently had an experience with Omega Windows that left me quite disappointed. Firstly, their warranty, which was a significant factor in my decision to choose their products, was not honored when I encountered an issue with one of my windows. Despite providing all the necessary documentation, I was met with resistance, and it felt like they were avoiding their responsibility. Additionally, the workmanship on the windows was subpar. I noticed several quality issues, such as poor sealing and uneven framing. It's disheartening to invest in something that doesn't meet the promised standards. Furthermore, the customer service experience was less than satisfactory. I found their representatives to be poorly educated about their own products and policies, which only added to the frustration. Overall, my experience with Omega Windows has left me questioning the quality of their products and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they take steps to improve their warranty handling, workmanship, and customer service to better serve their clients in the future.

    Poor Service and Quality Doors

    Bought 4 new steel doors. Installed April 2022, September 2022 the paint starts to shrink and peel from the doors. I call them address the defective products and it still has yet to be corrected, we are in September 2023. Surprising from a company that supposedly has been around for 30+ years!

    Front door

    I had been looking to replace our front door and after getting a few quotes I was able to receive a GREAT price from Omega doors that was $1000+ cheaper then all the other companies, they had come to my house to measure the doors provide suggestions and allowed me to pay in instalments. The day the door was to be installed they had come right on time as promised gave exceptional service throughout the day and the owner of the company even stopped by on a Saturday to check on our satisfaction I am so impressed with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows and doors they have exceeded my expectations, this is by far a great company with great employees

    A great experience.

    Omega did all of my windows, front door with storm door and patio door. From day one, this experience was perfect. Hats off to James, the salesman. He made everything straight forward and easy to deal with. Very fair pricing. The installation was smooth. Phillip and Barry are great. They were a pleasure to deal with. They were quick and professional. A+++++
