We strive to deliver every home built to the highest quality standards that you have come to expect from Urbandale Construction. Delaying the closing of a home is not something that we do lightly and with the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we continue to close homes, to ensure that our homeowners have accommodations and are not displaced during this trying time. As such, we have implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the continued safety of our staff and homeowners, and therefore, are facing certain delays in completing non-urgent repairs.
