We're very happy with the products we purchased from Limcan Walker a few years ago. With the exception of the humidifier, they have been working well. All installers and service people have been friendly and helpful. Customer service has been quick. The biggest issue I have with this company is that each time I've had them to my home for a repair, installation or maintenance, the person they send leaves one thing unattended to so I'm forced to call and have some else fix what the first repair person should have done. For example, when they installed our air conditioner, they didn't tighten the bolts on the base properly, so it made a really loud noise. I called, and the repair person walked up to it, tightened the bolts and left. When fixing the humidifier, they didn't adjust the water flow properly and there was a leak at the valve. When they came back to fix it, the repair person turned down the hot water setting on my hot water tank to make the repair and didn't turn it back up so we woke to cold showers in the morning. Great products. Nice people. They try hard. I'm just not confident I'd recommend them to my friends.

Had another heating company come and said they were waiting on a part for a week, seemed fishy, called this company. They sent Nate, she was fantastic. Will use them again.

I had a sudden leak in a small plastic hose connecting the furnace to the humidifier. I wasn't sure if it was an issue Limcan Walker would be able to fix but they had a repairman, Peter Millson, out to my house within 2 hours. Peter had some copper hose in his truck and was able to replace the leaky hose in less than an hour. I've always dealt with Service Experts and this is the reason-excellent service!

Our service lady, Nate is a great professional. Explanations were easy to understand and she informed us of several ways we could save some money and update our system. She was on time and quality was superb. Kudos to this company.

Had a new furnace and Air Conditioner installed. Several months later plastic tube on furnace that removes moisture and drains to floor had small leak. First call, tech was excellent, patched leak and ordered new part. Also discovered leak near motor. It was repaired. Service techs prompt and attentive

Our finance broke down in mid March and we needed a new one fast. We called service experts and they came out that evening. They then came out and installed the furnace and AC. There was 4 guys and then our sales person came with the owner. They wanted to come and inspect the work the workers did. This gave us such a great sense of relief that they would go all that way to first make sure everything was installed properly, they cleaned up any messy and that were happy with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to get service done or need new ones
