    Heating and AC service

    Bryan from Limcan is a great young guy who is prompt , knows his stuff and did a great job. Nice to see true professionals at work. Service was for annual mtce.

    Oversize heat pump with multiple heads

    I place a heat pump in my house last year. I have proof i contact company immediately to remove and get a smaller one. The man i spoke told me if i remove it i still have to pay for 5 heads. Here i am in a two bedroom bungalow with 5 heads heat pump and only two is getting used. only one is required on each floor. So i have three i am not using. I am now trying to find legal advise and will have to pay for legal services to see how i get the company to place a smaller equipment.

    Air conditioning repair

    No follow up on multiple messages. Didn't come back to actually do the diagnostics or repair. Didn't come back at scheduled times. Poor customer service Poor attitude of employees

    Financing is a joke

    Please beware of this company and their financing! It is a joke! You are literally paying $2.50 interest PER DAY which they dont disclose to you. Nothing is in the contract that was given to me or I would've never agreed to this! Years of paying THOUSANDS of dollars has equaled $70 off of our 10k loan. I do not recommend this company to anyone and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people!!!!

    Not an honest company

    We called what we thought was an honest, local company. First they said they were 95% sure the coils on our 4-year-old a/c unit were broken. They then quoted us a $4,000 - $5,800 repair cost without ever having run a diagnostic on the unit. Then they tried to upsell us a new a/c unit and told us our insulation also needed to be done completely at a cost of $10,000. We also had to deal with one very rude service technician and a sales person who, when told we would think about things, became pushy and tried to insist that we let him sell us other options. We called in another HVAC specialist with very high ratings. The diagnostic was completed within an hour. No coil problems. No need for a new unit. We paid $350 and our unit is fixed. Limcan are not honest. Dont walk, run from this company.

    Removing Gas Range for floor repair

    First, the technician arrived first thing, which was a lovely surprise. Not only that he was poised to do the job he had been called for, to remove a gas range and put it into another room while the floor is being repaired. What should have been simple turned into a two man versus one machine struggle. (Spoiler alert: the men won.) This man was unstoppable. He came to do the job. The machine balked, would not be moved. He read the manual. He tried other avenues from his experience. Still nothing. Time for reinforcements. Another technician arrived a few minutes later and they put together their brains and brawn in a way AI cannot do. They searched for shut off valves and eventually had to turn off the gas at source. It took the better part of 2 hours but the machine finally heaved a sign of surrender and the men manoeuvred it into the next room. One sealed the gas intake and checked for bubbles. Eventually he returned to where he had been called from and the first tech tested the gas pipe a second time to make sure there was no leakage. He made sure all the gas appliances were working properly, ensured the range parts were in a safe place for replacement, settled the bill and ensured there was no other issue. These men are unsung heroes. What great attitudes! How blessed are the clients and the company to have people of this caliber working on their behalf. Both answered all my questions.

    Hot water tank rental

    Didnt fix hot water for 6 days In January & now not working again! N January they repeated told us they would have the part and be there the next evening with several no shows. We are back in Florida, grandson is housesitting and has had to move out again. On first call rep insisted our grandson put over $96.00 on his credit card, while he didnt fix the problem. THIS IS A RENTAL. They eventually refunded this. We have asked that they replace the unit this time.
