I had an emergency issue with leaky eaves troughs that had water seeping into my basement. I called Complete, and they came out on a friday night, of a holiday weekend, and fixed the problem. would highly recommend, as they were fast, accurate and very helpful.

Twice in the last 5 or 6 years I had a problem with my eavestroughs, leaks, overflows etc. I called Armstrong & Nelson and each time they investigated the problem and made the proper repair, once in the pouring rain without overcharging. They were courteous and efficient and as a senior citizen home maintenance is very important to me, often small jobs come up unexpectedly and I appreciate trades people who avoid aggressive upselling when I need a basic repair. Armstrong & Nelson accommodated me despite another large job they were working on and bad weather. I have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I have used this company 3 times in the past 10 years when I had water damage following a rain. Generally they come the same day and repair the eves quickly and with minimal cost. Ben, the repairman with whom I have dealt is pleasant, courteous and honest. A rare trait and why I return to the firm

Amazing service. All of my calls were returned within 30 minutes! The technician showed up on time and the work was expertly done. I highly recommend this company for eavestrough repair. Oh, and no mess was left behind.

Actually after i read the great reviews here i referred this co to my mother b4 i even had my own work done. I was happy to find that Kerry was assigned to my house becuz ppl had mentioned him here. That inspired confidence. The owner Rhoda was very courteous & replied to my emails asap. |Not being a phone person, she accommodated my email preference all arrangements were made via email. Kerry was polite, friendly, helpful & gave me a very reasonable quote. I asked to have the neighbour's issue resolved as well as we r attached. We got the work done immediately--not 6 mo to a yr later like some companies. There was a minor miscommunication but Kerry was more than helpful, accommodating and reasonable. I'm looking forward to dry bricks the next time there is a mega downpour. A big thank u to Kerry for alieviating one less headache in my life!!! Great customer service :)

Within 24 hours of my original call, Jacob was on-site cleaning the eavestrough of my home. He quoted a good price and showed me areas where my troughs could benefit from some minor maintenance. The minor fixes were added to the quote and he completed the job that day. I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Armstrong and Nelson.

I called Armstrong and Nelson to install gutter guards on the eavestroughs of the garages in our townhouse complex. Mike came to quote, showed us the various options and promptly started the work once his reasonable quote was approved a few days later. He and his colleague were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I have no problem recommending them.

I had 2 downspouts disconnected and then extensions added to take the water away from the house. The serviceman was helpful and I liked that he explained his proposed solution. He arrived when promised and was professional. It ended up being too wet to do some needed caulking but he came back next day to finish the caulking as promised. Later, my basement waterproofing contractor commented on the excellent work done on the downspout disconnection. Thanks!

I was very happy with the service provided. I found the rates to be much more economical then other companies I contacted and they repaired my eavestrough quickly. Most importantly, when they came out to do the quote, they found that the eavestrough was a danger the way it was hanging and they went up to cut it off until they could come back to fix it. Solid work.

MY technician KERRY was organized ,professional , time conscious[ he called me when stuck in traffic and it was only a 10 minute delay] and a caring,supportive individual. I had other companies quote this job and KERRY was the only person who went up on the roof ,fully inspected the situation and sent me a detailed plan with costs within less than 24 hours. Upon completion there were no surprizes or hidden costs . The Entire experience with KERRY and ARMSTRONG& NELSON was smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend them [and I have] and you will meet reliable ,honest and hard working individuals with integrity and a strong work ethic.
