This was the 3rd company I called for an estimate. They gave that to me within 24 hours and were able to schedule the work the very next day. Sam arrived promptly, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he cleaned and repaired everything that was required in no time. He even pointed out a small tear in a shingle that we didn't know was damaged, saving us a potential leak later. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person were very polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company.

Can't say enough good things about Jacob and his team. We have had a real challenge finding good service for any work on our house (painters, contractors, etc.) - it is quite common to request a quote from a company and then they never show up to do the job, or don't even get back to you with a quote. Jacob was not only lovely to work with, he followed up and did everything he said he would on the schedule he had committed to. Work was really well done and we are thrilled to no longer be worrying about our old eaves come the fall and winter months! Will definitely be recommending Jacob to our neighbours!

The process was wonderful. Randy arranged that a repair technician come over and Sam came out promptly to assess the situation. Sam explained what needed to be done and quoted. He took his time to make sure we understood exactly what needed to be done and his recommendations.The work was done very professionally, timely and with attention to detail. He even went over and above our expectations. We would truly recommend them as they perform the process very efficiently and professionally from start to finish in a very prompt manner and for a very competitive price. They stand behind their work. A very reputable company with good people based on our initial experience with them. The only one's for us now!

A great job. Completed in one day, no muss, no fuss at a reasonable price. Thanks to Jacob and his crew who were competent and careful. They removed all the debris and left the house looking a lot smarter with the new black eavestroughs.

Armstrong & Nelson installed new eavestrough and leaf guards. The installer noted that the front slope shingles were in a bad state. We canvassed around and got best response (timely and reasonable) Armstrong & Nelson. The roofer, Tom, came on a sunny day and removed 3 layers of shingles accumulated over the years from a handyman we habitually hired. He noted bad practices employed on the roofs he worked on and corrected those. Very good work. We're absolutely pleased.

I called a few companies, and this company provided immediate response with a quote the next morning, which was a Saturday, and the work was completed satisfactorily by Monday! This is a rental property, and I got the invoice by email, without having to set foot on the property. The tenants were happy.

I was extremely happy with the work that was done. Jacob was knowledgeable and efficient. I got my quote the same day he came out to review and it was very reasonable for the work being done. Jacob and his crew were on time and worked quickly to get the Job done. There has been a lot of heavy rain already this spring and no issues at all. Everything is working as expected.

Honest service. My eavestroughs were overflowing. I was given exorbitant quotes (10x what I paid here) from other companies telling me I need to replace my eavestroughs immediately because they were not "up to code". I spoke with Ben from Armstrong and Nelson and he assured me everything was fine with them, they just need a proper cleaning of the downpipes. He came and had it done quickly and efficiently and left an invoice and warranty in my mailbox. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend.
