Aaron and Aurora came 3 times. They were very professional, personable and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions and were very reassuring.

My technician Nick arrived on time, thoroughly inspected my home and garage, then worked quickly and efficiently to remedy the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, communicated well, and continued to be responsive and helpful during follow up. Thank you Abell!

Grace is an accomplished and professional technician. She addressed the pest issue in our home and uncovered several probable entry spots on the exterior. She was clear in describing her findings and proposing solutions to prevent further invasion. As Grace is quite exceptional I feel it imperative to share our delight with the Abell leadership team.

Deric Yiu of Abell pest control has been phenomenal! We had a indoor mouse problem due to our summer garden attracting them to our property and desperately needed an expert to come investigate and find out how they were getting indoors! I made serveral calls to many pest control egencies servicing our neighborhood and they refused to provide service!! Despite the fact we have a relatively newer home (17 yrs old) in great, clean condition, none of them wanted to come inspect because they claimed they either a) didn’t have experience with detached homes (told us they only look at condos or townhomes in Richmond) or b) didn’t have the camera available that can check underneath decks! I won’t name them here, but I was shocked by several of these big name companies and local ones that just outright refused to even come and look! One company finally offered to come by but warned us they don’t have anybody trained to do homes so they can’t guarantee any success rate or effectiveness of their inspection. Ok well that’s useless and doesn’t help us at all. We were seriously ready to just give up and even half joked/half seriously considered selling the place and moving out until finally I made a call to Abell and they assured me they could have a technician out here to help. I can’t even describe the relief we felt just to finally have a company willing to even show up to give us a formal inspection!!!!!! They sent us Deric and he saved us! He did a full external and internal inspection, found the entryways and plugged them all up, he was so thorough and checked every little nook and cranny and crawled into some real tight and dark spaces to get the job done! Six months now without any signs of rodents inside and my wife and I can finally rest at night without that anxiety over whether mice were running around when the lights are off. Thank you, Deric!

Lawrence is an absolute professional. Very friendly and thorough in educating us of our pest problem. He's always on time and very responsive. The only reason we have gone back to Abell for further services is because of how good he was with us. We specifically requested to have him be our technician when we returned. They were very accommodating.

We own a store and gift shop. Since we started using Abel Pest Control we have not seen a rodent . Paul comes once a month to change sticky traps . He is a very knowledgeable ,friendly man. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having issues with rodents .
