I received incorrect information for the preparation of the treatment which took a lot of time and effort which was not necessary. I called head office and I was refunded the cost of the applcation. I was also told that I would be refunded the cost of all items that I was told to remove from the house. I have not been riembursed for them yet. Perhaps it was overlooked.

Paul has been serving us for 6+ years and is always professional, thorough, and friendly. He takes the time to explain and show areas of concern. Since Paul started servicing our location we haven't had any problems.

We own a franchise in Mississauga and Paul from Abell comes in on regular bases to change our sticky traps and just check around the store. Paul is very experienced and professional. Would 10/10 recommend!

We were having trouble with mice in our building. When I contact Abell they responded very quickly. Rahul does an amazing job, and he is always making sure our building is mice free. Thanks a lot for your amazing service.

We have worked with Abell for a while, a trusted partner for Pest control. Recently the Service rep changed and we couldn't have asked for a better one. Birju is really responsible, detailed and a problem solver. He communicates really good, and we know we can count on him even if something urgent comes up.

So I decided to call Abell, a gentleman by the name of Abi Sakhi arrived at my house he was very polite & knowledgeable. Within minutes after doing his inspection Abi implemented a plan that resolved the problem and reassured my family and I that he had it all under control.
