Luc has been more than a fumigator! He has walked me through every step of the process while educating me on the problem and preventing further occurrences. Luc has been dedicated to reassuring me and really focused on solving my problem. He has been transparent and extremely knowledgeable. I could not have been given a better person to help me with this problem. I was so stressed and extremely sad that this had occurred but with Luc's A one customer service and dedication I am relieved to leave it in the hands of a professional that doesn't care about just taking your money but making sure your family can get a goodnight rest. I recommend you ask for Luc and get your problem solved by someone who cares about YOU.

Orlando was our servicer. I always found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Our monthly services were always scheduled and on time. If there were any problems in our buildings between services, he always come down and take care of the issue promptly.

Abell was at my home within 24 hours and Adam was absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend if you have any type of pest issue call Abell and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I hired another company to come in when I heard loud scratching in my bedroom walls. When they came in they told me I had mice. He showed me what he said was mouse droppings and mouse urine under my kitchen sink. I knew by the sound of the scratching it wasn’t a mouse. Orlando looks after my place of business and I trust him so I called him and asked him to come out. He was here the next morning. I showed him what the other company said was mouse droppings etc and Orlando said that’s from your garbage, it’s not from mice. He set two traps outside when he found the hole they were going in. By the next day there was a squirrel in the trap and a few days later another one! I cannot say enough about the professionalism Orlando displays and I would never use anyone else!! Orlando is THE BEST!!!

Orland was our service person and continues to provide top notch attention to detail at our home. He is very knowledgeable and prompt, detailed. I trust know one else to help us.

Orlando responded to my call in an hour. He examined my yard for ants nests. After locating them all. He advised me as to the best course of treatment. He completed the work very quickly and competently. He was so thorough, that I have not as yet seen any ants return. I would not hesitate to recommend Orland and Abel to anyone else.

service has been on time and well done. the guy doing the service is friendly and professional. they do monthly service as well as monthly outdoor treatments. no complaints at this time.

Friendly, Responsive, Professional and Effective service. Logan comes on weekly basis to keep all "unwelcome visitors": mice, flies, moths, mosquitoes, gofers, etc away from us. If any issue happens he is here immediately and takes all necessary actions to find the cause of it as soon as possible. Thank you, way to go!

I selected Abell to address a family of raccoons in my attic. George, one of their Wildlife Technicians came to inspect where they were getting in and blocked the entrance after installing a one-way exit door from the attic. I would highly recommend Abell and specifically George D if you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable and prompt technician. If he says he'll be there at a specific time, count on it.

I called them out because we really had a big problem. I expected them to let us know where they were entering and what we needed to do to get rid of them. They left poison blocks in different locations. They also told us to get rid of the mouse traps we had set since this would interfere with the poison blocks. This Spring, the mice were still there, alive and well, making a big mess. On Amazon we bought good mouse traps and they did the job. I don't see any value for the money we spent.
