While Orkin's on-the-ground termite treatment is good, all potential customers should know that if you pay for a year's warranty and then sell your house, they will not continue the warranty coverage for the new owners. A manager stated that this was because maybe the new owners would do reno that would change the house, so the warranty would stay with the departing owner. Makes no sense, the termites are in the current house! And it was difficult to get information out of the company; they suddenly went from very professional and quick to respond to vague and 'we'll get back to you' and never did. I had the new owners ready to pay me the remaining yearly balance to take over the continuing coverage, and had to tell them not to bother; money wasted, for a stupid and illogical reason and a cash grab. Buyers beware!

We moved to a new house and saw a few cockroaches so I called right away. They where great. Came very quickly after we called them. And multiple times until the issue was solved.

we called this company for roaches ants, in the kitchen, and we been promised to have service next day, person was on time, with equipments, he treated whole kitchen , and advise us to stay away for 5 hours, now our problems solved, great service, thanks orkin

This gentleman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very thorough in doing his job. He went thru every part of the house that was necessary. I would recommend him to anyone.

Last year I was having a bug problem and called Orkin to come out. They came out promptly but that is about the only thing they did well. The guy they sent out spoke very poor english and did not explain what he was gong to do. I had to have the house sprayed and my wife was pregnant so I had to make arrangements to move out for a couple of days. When they came back they were not ready when they were supposed to so we had to have them back another time. I had more bugs after they were gone (which I found out afterwards can be normal for a short period of time - but again was not explained this). I finally called the head office to complain and to tell them that I did not want the same person back at my house and to mention that I was never charged for what they had done. I never heard from the company again. Thankfullky the problem subsided - if it comes back I will call anyone but Orkin.
