Murray and the Team from Restoration Hardwood did an excellent job at our house - we needed new flooring in the addition and repairs/refinishing for the existing floors. The team was reliable, flexible and did perfect work. We would not hesitate to recommend Restoration to any of our friends.

Restoration Hardwood did a top quality job sanding and refinishing the original fir floors in my 1913 house. There was some miscommunication within the company about the colour of the wood filler that I requested. We had to scrape out the light filler and re-do it with darker filler but they were fast and clean and went the extra mile to finish them exactly how I wanted. Everyone who sees the floors is amazed by the transformation.

We are very happy with our floors, your company delivered what you promised, the dust free refinishing of our 50 year old floors was incredible, I have been raving about your services to all my neighbors and family and friends, some of them have dropped in just to have a look and can't believe the transformation. The best part of your company was the terrific friendly professional service your guys provided, Kevin was always pleasant and polite and so was Thomas, they left the place very clean, all I had to do was move my furniture back in. We are extremely satisfied with the great job undertaken on our floors by Murray and his team. The difference is dramatic - and every room in our townhouse that has wood flooring, looks like a new room. The attention to detail is obvious, as 90% of our home is wood flooring, and the level of quality to which the restoration was completed, is excellent. After reviewing estimates from three floor refinishing companies, all of which were similarly priced, I made the decision to choose Restoration Hardwood because of the impressive testimonials that were written by past customers. I was not disappointed. After 16 years of use, my kitchen, dining room, and living room floors look like new. The refinishing was done very quickly and dust free. I was pleased with the professionalism of Kevin and Tomas who completed the sanding, installation of the shoe molding, and application of sealer and two coats of semi gloss Streetshoe. Four hours after each coat I was able to walk lightly on the floor and two days later I can now begin to move my furniture on to the floors. We are very happy with the service we received from Restoration Hardwood--from receiving a prompt estimate at the beginning, to Kevin's fast, efficient and friendly service during the actual refinishing of the floors, to the follow-up when Murray called to give us a floor maintenance kit and go over the job, we were impressed by everyone at this company. Best of all our floors look fantastic now, going from dull, damaged and squeaky, to brilliant, warm and stylish. We've shown it to friends and family and all of them have given the "WOW!" reaction. Also, when they said dustless, they meant it. We didn't have to worry about any clean-up after they were finished the work. From contacting Murray, through his visit and estimate, to the team that completed the floor on the date promised and in a very short time the company was superb. They advertise a "dust-free" and they are. the house was cleaner when i returned in the evening than when i had left it that morning.
