We had our floors finished about 6 month ago, and Justin did a terrific job. Since than we decided to do some renovations and needed some of the floors that were not originally done finished. Justin came back and did an amazing job matching the color. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to make sure that everything is perfect. The job exceeded my expectations.

We just had our fir floors refinished by Justin from Restoration Hardwood. He did a beautiful job, and is a very nice guy. He is honest and professional, and took the time to help me figure out the best way to do the job. We are very pleased.

First of all, I would like to thank you and the two young men who did the re-finishing of the hardwood floors in our new home. All work was done on time as scheduled, the two men who did the work were true craftsmen and helped us choose the stain colour and final satin finish. As a result, the floors look fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the work done by Restoration Hardwood. We will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who requires new or re-finished hardwood floors.

We were initially very pleased with Restoration Hardwood. They were responsive and did a great job restoring our 100+ year old floors in a short matter of time. However, when it came to the stairs, they started the work and told us that they would need to replace some of the stairs as they were too damaged. A quick one day job, they said. We've been trying to schedule a time for them to come and finish the job for the last 2 months. Every time we are promised someone will come, they don't show up. Now we are stuck with stairs that are half done. We tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt as we were happy with the work they did on our floors but it has created a delay in other planned work and we've become so frustrated with the lack of response that I wouldn't want to work with them again. Very disappointing.

Very professional service. The hardwood floor was over 30 years and looked brand new after refinishing. Two technicians finished the whole project (~800 sq ft plus some stairs) in 4 days. Thorough cleaning up was done before they left the site. They even helped me move the dinning room set around during the work.

The week of moving into our new home we decided to upgrade our floors. With major time restraints, Restoration Hardwood was able to complete our floors on time and for reasonable cost. Unbelievable perfection of floor installation with little time available. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would reccomend to anyone and will be using their services again in the future.

I recently had flooring installed. The installed worked very hard and quickly to get it done as we were pressed for time! Everyone was so friendly and the flooring looks fantastic!

We had a few companies in to give us quotes on refinishing our original oak hardwood floors, and repairing our DIY gone wrong stairs. Murray from Restoration Hardwood came in quickly, and I had my quote within 2 days. We decided to go with Restoration Hardwood due to their use of water based stain (non-toxic fumes). We went away during the week they worked on our house, although our tenant was able to stay in the basement with no problems. Devin was the person working on our floors and he was great, texting me pictures of our top 2 stain choices, and then sending us "after" photos because we were so excited to see them. There was a small miscommunication on our part, we totally forgot about our built in vacuum in one of the small closets. Since we didn't take it out before we left, and left the hose on the floor, the guys thought we didn't want it done. Once I got home and realized it wasn't done, I called Murray and he had one of the guys come over right away to fix it. I was appreciative of this, because it would have driven me crazy over the years. Very good price for what was done, we really love our new stairs and floors!! I think they may have been pretty busy during this time, but I usually heard back from Murray within 2 days.

I needed our family room of about 700 sq ft to be refinished and Murray and Justin did a very good job refinishing it. It was professionally done within the stipulated time and at a reasonable cost. I will recommend them and certainly use their services for any future hardwood installation or refinishing works.

Restoration Hardwood did an outstanding job refinishing our main floor. Justin gave a competitive quote along with a thorough description of the process. He did an excellent job on the floor including several light repairs. We are very happy as the finish was exactly what we hoped for on the project. Well done, Justin and Murray!
