My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers of a century old home in downtown Annex. We needed to change all the knob and tube wiring in our house, and choosing Mapleleaf electrical is the best decision we have ever made. From the first consultation to the clean up of the job, Alex's and his team are professional, experienced, efficient and friendly. They are approachable, and they answered all my questions. Their pricing is very competitive, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. They clean up the place so I don't have to worry about anything. I was initially skeptical abut the 10/10 ratings that EVERYONE gives to mapleleaf, but now I know why, they truly deserve to be #1. Thank you all of you - Alex, Avi, Sean, Andre, Daniella and James!

We contracted Mapleleaf Electric based upon their reviews here on homestars and they didn't disappoint. Adolfo and his crew were such a great bunch of guys, very considerate and polite. They installed potlights and panel & service upgrade. They certainly exceeded all of our expectations. The workmanship is impecable. We have already booked them to come back in a few weeks to install some under cabinet lights. We highly recommend Mapleleaf Electric to anyone looking for an excellent electrical contractor.

I had asked Avi to do a bunch of smaller electrical work - installing a couple outlets in my basement, rewiring a lightswitch, installing a ceiling fan and installing a bathroom vent/fan - he even spliced a TV cable outlet. Avi and Sean were prompt, professional and flexible with their time. The work was perfect. I would highly recommend this team and will certainly call on them again for any future work.

They were able to come the same day. They were very nice and professional and quickly repaired the problem. Some other compaines wanted a minimum of $225 just to show up! Also appreciate the text messaging communication and they sent the receipt via e-mail, nice to see a contractor join the 21st century. Would definately use them again!

Fast, responsive and pleasant service from Avi. Our issue wasn't a big one (thankfully!) but he treated it with the same urgency as if it had been. Very helpful in terms of discussing longer term projects as well.

Contacted Avi through a referral friend. Avi & Sean installed 8 outdoor potlights plus a timer. They are an astounding team! I'm delighted to have worked with them. Very clean and organized. Gladly aprove Mapleleaf to our growing neighborhood. I am simply thrilled with the results!!!

Hired Avi from Mapleleaf Electric to install 3 lights and dimmers for my new home. He is fantastic. He showed up on time, very polite and did the work quickly and clean. Already scheduled him to replace old plugs with new Decora plugs for next week. Highly recommended.

Found Mapleleaf Electric here on homestars. Read the reviews and thought how can I go wrong? I called and spoke to Sean. Alex came by for a free quote the next day, and started working the following week. Alex, Sean & Adolfo worked hard, and completed the job ahead schedule. They are very efficient and very clean. Alex and his team were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He always answers his phone and gets back to you right away if you leave a message. He arrives on time, does what he says he will do, and finishes the job cleanly, and completely. We were renovating our house while living in a rental. We were able to totally trust Alex and his team. We just left a key in a lock box so that they could come and go on their own. The door was always locked when they were finished, and Alex communicated with us at all times to let us know when he'd be there and how long each step of the process would take. Alex worked well with the other trades and our tools and supplies were always safe and well respected. Alex was very organized, working around our crazy schedule, completing the work over several months. Alex made dealing with the city to replace the meter for the new electrical service really easy and told me exactly what i needed to do and when. The price quoted was the price we paid, and we were very satisfied with the quality of work done. We will be using Alex again, and will recommend him to friends. A competent, fair, and trustworthy electrician is good to find, and Mapleleaf is exactly that. Thanks, Alex, it was a pleasure!
