We really like the appearance of our front door. The installers were on time and did a very good job. We were initially concerned about how hard we had to push to lock the door. The installer was very good about explaining why he had installed it that way and was willing to come back to the house to fix anything we felt needed to be done. He even gave us his cell number and said to call anytime. He did a great job caulking around the door even though he did not have to as there was already some there. Both the salesman and the installer reassured us that the door would be easier to close with time, and they were right! The windows were also well installed. We were also pleased with the price (we did do comparison shopping)

We completed the second phase of our windows and doors installation with Ambia and they did a great job. The whole process ran smoothly. Ronaldo came by to complete the measurements and the windows and doors were installed 8 weeks later. Tony was very accommodating with our request to have the windows installed during the 2nd week of December. Ronaldo and team did a great job with the installation. Additionally, we requested an inspection of the bay window installed during the first phase due to a cold draft. Tony accommodated our request and had his installer, Ronaldo, address the insulation concern immediately. Thank you Ambia for assisting us with completing this project!

I recently had all windows , front and patio door replaced by Ambia. I had a few quotes from other companies who were outrageously priced or never followed up after initial visit. I'm very happy with the window quality (made by VinylBuilt). Purchased with grills. We purchased a fibreglass front door with a large light. Looks beautiful and get a lot of compliments. We had 80s sliders , so these new windows really keep in the heat noticeably and keep out the noise. Tony the installer is a meticulous installer and pays a lot of attention to detail and you can tell he cares about the work as if it were his own home. He even brings booties. Work is flawless. He came back the next day recheck the caulking. I'm very impressed with the exterior trim fitting. Totally seamless with the original siding. Totally happy with the work.

My home required to replace one (1) patio door and ten (10) windows, including one (1) bay window and two (2) basement windows. I invited a few companies to obtain price quotes. Michael came to my house and provided an initial estimate. He was very informative and patient to explain the differences between various types of windows and doors. I liked his style of not being pushy in any way. After the initial visit, I followed up with him to amend/improve the plan of replacing windows. He offered me great ideas of replacing the bay window for better insulation and inside look. At my request, Michael even spent about one hour in his house to show me the new windows that were replaced early this year. After visited his house and contacted a few Ambia’s former clients, I decided to go with Ambia Windows and Doors mainly because of: 1) the windows supplier that Ambia works with, 2) the workmanship as shown in Michael’s house and referred by other clients, and 3) the effective communications to address my concerns in a timely manner. I signed the agreement in early September and was informed to install in the last week of October. The installer Ronald and his team came in the week after to do actual measurements of the windows and door. The delivery was actually a few days earlier than planned, which was in my favour. Ronald and his team arrived on the scheduled day and got to work right away. Their work was very clean and efficient. Ronald is very nice and approachable, and he answered my questions about the windows and installation. All windows and door were installed in three (3) days. Although Ronald had to take an emergency trip in the evening of the third day, the installation team didn’t rush the work at all as I can tell from the good caulking work. My family really enjoys the new windows and patio door. I highly recommend Ambia Windows and Doors.

These guys are one of the most professional reno companies I've ever worked with. Their quote was extremely reasonable and competitive. Michael - who gave us the quote and oversaw the job, was accommodating and checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy. Ronaldo - who measured and installed the windows, is a great guy - friendly, professional and thorough as well as his team. Some of the screens fit a bit tight, which I didn't even realize until a fellow named Brian called me, then stopped by and adjusted them perfectly. Great guys. Will try and add photos when I can.

We bought this 26-year-old house in 2014 and noticed some windows are in very bad condition and need to be replaced sooner or later. We got quotes from several companies. Michael from Ambia Windows gave us a very reasonable quote and also recommended us which windows have to be replaced this time by his professional knowledge. The original installation time was scheduled conflict with our vacation. Tony, the manager squeezed a day to install those worst condition windows before our vacation. The installer Ronald and his team did excellent job on my two bay windows. We are so happy to deal with Ambia windows this time and we will have them to replace the rest windows in the future.

We just got our windows installed which included a cutdown in our kitchen. Tony and his coworker were extremely knowledgeable and efficient!!! The job was completed with precision! The installation was painless for our family!!! Our expectations were not just met but exceeded! I highly recommend Ambia Windows and Doors!

I originally sourced Ambia through Homestars.ca and found the experience to be as positive as other reviewers had indicated. Ambia was very good to deal with: sales and service people were responsive, everything happened when it was supposed to, installation took two days and the crews left the work areas tidy at the end of the day. Everyone was accommodating and answered my questions. The windows look fantastic and already the difference in comfort inside the house is noticeable.

Ambia is among the best companies I've ever hired. From the initial quotation/consultation, they were professional, informative and had excellent attention to even the smallest of detail. We made our decision to go with them. Installation was completed by their very skilled installers and left no mess behind whatsoever. The final product is excellent. The quality of not only the windows themselves but the quality of the installation are top-notch. I would certainly recommend Ambia to anyone looking for windows / doors. Tony from Ambia was great at answering all our questions, very patient and really helped us get the best products/materials for the best prices. Ambia has a great reputation for a reason, great pricing and great access to the best materials and products. Aldo has a great team of installers. Aldo came in to take the measurements to make sure everything would be sized properly and his installers did a great job making sure the doors were installed correctly and insulated all the gaps. Really great work, I had not realized how much air was leaking in from our old doors until the new doors were put in and now we have no drafts! Any imperfections of a cosmetic nature were addressed and corrected, really nice touch of customer service. They really want to make sure you are happy before you make the final payment. Never thought I would love looking at my doors so much, great work, thanks Ambia!
