We knew the windows and doors for the entire house needed to be done, so we started with the most important ones (front door and patio door) and then this year we decided to do ALL the windows and the door leading to the garage. I never hesitated to call Tony at Ambia again, we had fantastic service from him the last 2 times, and received the same amazing level of service this time around. We ordered the windows in March and they were ready for installation when we wanted at the end of May. Tony came out to measure and Omar and Alex came to do the install again. As always, when they arrived for installation, they were early and courteous and kept me in the loop all day about how things were going. Highly recommended from us as we have had Ambia 3 times and will not think about anyone else when we need more work done. Thank you again Tony, Alex and Omar!

I chose ambia after getting a number of different quotes. They stood out from the very beginning. Responsive courteous service, excellent product and fair price. Installation team was on time , friendly and best of all, windows and door look great. You can see the quality. We recently contracted with Ambia to replace all of the windows in our home and the back patio door. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the product and especially of the work done by the installers, Omar and Alex. They friendly, courteous, and very efficient during the installation. Also, Tony Radocchia of Ambia was great to deal with regarding our planning and selection of the best options for our home.

My wife and I had Ambia Windows and Doors replace (3) large windows (Brick to Brick), and install a new set of double storm doors. One of the windows was a particularly large 5 casement bow window. The windows we got are a great product that came with a lifetime warranty and Ambia's installers really took the time to do a thorough and excellent installation. Our house is an older home and as expected, some things do not necessarily end up true and square and you can encounter some surprises when things are opened up, the installers really took their time (over 2 days) to make sure any adjustments were made for a perfect installation, I never felt that the work was rushed and that their installation team really cared. A major plus, the work was completed ahead of schedule. Tony from Ambia windows also took the time to follow up during the installation to ensure we were happy and also got in touch with me after some time had passed to make sure we were still satisfied with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Ambia Windows and Doors.

We had most of our windows replaced by Ambia. From Sales, with Michael, to installation with Alex and Omar, the service was excellent. Michael came to the house during the installation to ensure everything was going as planned. Alex and Omar worked from dawn to dusk with zero complanints and always a smile on their face. We had an issue with condensation on the windows and Tony returned our call immendiately explaining the reason and with instructions on how to rectify the situation. We would highly recommend Ambia Windows, most notably, Michael, Alex and Omar.

We had Ambia replace all the windows and doors in our newly purchased 1950's era home. Tony was exceptionally helpful and gave very insightful advice about the types of windows and doors to install and what would work best for our particular situation. The price quote was very reasonable and the installation was extremely well done by Alex and Omar, who were also very courteous and friendly. Tony also saved us from picking a door colour that would not have worked well with our decor by sending us a stained sample ahead of time which we could compare against our exposed brick... he really save the day. Ambia is a truly professional company that obviously cares very much for its customers and wants to make them happy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. A+++

We had to replace 8 main floor windows. We chose Ambia Windows because of the good reviews on Homestars.. Alex and Omar came early and finished the installation the same day. They paid attention to details and gave us some good advices. We were impressed with their effectiveness and quality of work. We are going to replace old basement windows with Ambia this year. Ambia's service is beyond reproach. Very professional yet friendly and customer service is no doubt their priority. I replaced all 7 windows in my townhouse. Since this a condo, I was very limited in my choice of windows. Ambia had the most color choices of vinyl available in comparison to others which had only 1 or 2 beige/almond colors. I was thoroughly impressed with their workmanship and even more so when I saw them replacing all my inside casings with wood rather than the fibreboard so often used today. Their price as well was very favourable in comparison to other quotes. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new windows. Top Notch Company!!

Upon deciding that we were going to have all of our front Windows and door done, we poured over many company reviews on Homestars. After reading reviews for/seeing pictures of work done by Ambia Windows and Doors, we quickly contacted them to come in a give us a quote. An Ambia contractors/installer came and gave us an in-depth walk through of what was going to be done/recommended. We’d had other companies come prior to, and each gave us a “hum” and “hah” type answer when it came to our bay window, due to the layout of the front steps that we’d had done last year. As they were “sales” representatives for those companies, they couldn’t give us a confident response as to what the steps and outcome would be. With Ambia, the contractor/installer was able to quickly and confidently respond as he was going to be the one working the job. There was one visit between the consultation and the invite, and that was for measurement of the windows and door. The contractor came by, arranging a time that was convenient for us, and quickly took those measurements. When it came to the actual installation dates, the team was delayed by a day (unforeseen circumstance) but upon commencement of the project they worked quickly and efficiently. Work was done as promised (time frame); clean up was all on them; there was minimal disruption to our day-to-day as they worked with as little intrusiveness as possible for this type of job. All told, the project took up 2 days (business hour schedule), as promised, and we were very pleased with their outcome. Not only would we recommend Ambia, but we will be using them again in the future.
