Door Insert
Barry made things really easy. From the moment I called him he was able to meet right that weekend to take measurements of the door and bring a few samples that we had picked out from his very functional website. He came to install the door insert first as the other components were being produced (custom made) and he was in and out and even without the other components in place we couldn't help but think how much more light was flowing through the house with the full length door insert. They came a few weeks later with the components (transom and side inserts) and again in and out with minimal disruption and they left no mess behind. Barry is easy to get a hold off and responds to e-mails very quickly. I can assure you that if you're considering What A Pane for your next job you will be very happy that you did!

Front Door Insert
I called Barry on Friday afternoon and he set up an appointment the next day. He called and let me know that he was delayed, which I really liked. He had the insert that I liked and a few more options in the van. He and Dan were very friendly and worked fast and efficiently. My front door is both elegant and beautifu. I highly recommend both Barry and Dan.

Window and Doors
Returned call right the way, others didn't return until next day or so. Beautiful wrong iron design, both my wife and I are very pleased for the work, it was done in an hour. Very reasonably priced.

Front Door Glass Insert
Very nice wrought iron design, admired by our visitors and neighbors. Price is reasonable compared to other vendors. Service is great, Barry and John are friendly and very professional. They even came back to fix the issue with the door frame originally installed by the builder. I would recommend this company.

Glass Insert into front door
My friend recommened What A Pane to me as she was very ahppy with her glass insert in her front door. Provided estimate over the phone and arrived early. Service required about an hour. \i love it, \i keep going to the front to to look at it. We have a black steel door with 8 panels that were falling off. Best thing I ever did. Decorative Door and Window Inserts
This company surpassed all my expectations. I can't say enough good things about them. Murray came to my home to give me an estimate. He not only brought a brochure to look at but also had an array of doors in the van. He was able to take them out and put them against the front door in order for me to get a real good look at everything. Other companies came here to give quotes and didn't have any product with them or a brochure. They wanted me to choose something from their website. Got the LyonHeart from What A Pane
We recently had What A Pane installed at our house and it looks awesome! We get many compliments from our friends and neighbour. Strangers actually walked up to me while I wash my car to ask about the glass insert. Thank you!

Wrought Iron Full Door Insert - Destiny
This is our second time dealing Barry from What A Pane. We loved our double inserts so much that when we moved to our new home there was no question that we would call Barry again. We called him midday on a Saturday and he was at our house the same afternoon. We chose Destiny for our single door and were thrilled with the results. Barry and his partner were in and out within an hour and he left us with a 10 Year Warranty Certificate and a most beautiful insert! Friendly, Speedy and Exemplary Customer Service! Excellence!
I called a few companies, some of them failed to make their scheduled appointments, others just didn't return phone calls... Stumbled upon ‘What a Pane’ from a lawn sign on a neighbors’ property… Barry arrived on time, showed us different pieces, we settled on the Lyonheart for our front doors and the Valencia for our patio garden door. The garden door was installed on the spot, and the front doors a few months later…custom work was involved. From the first call, to the installation of 5 wrought iron pieces, Barry and Dan were absolutely wonderful... AAA service, from a AAA company…Many thanks ‘What a Pane’

wrought Iron glass insert
We are very satisfied with the double door insert we got. We chose one of the wrought iron inserts. Our doors went from Blah to WOW!! even our neighbors used this company to change their doors.
