Efficient, fast, no nonsense, great price for our same day piano move. We called in the morning, the piano was delivered by 2pm.

I used Trans Moving after being recommended by a friend. I'm really happy with the service I received. My things were picked up in January, kept in storage for a few months, then delivered to my new home from New York City to Richmond hill. From start to finish the process was extremely thorough. I never felt concerned about my belongings. And the guys that picked up the furniture and dropped it off were all polite and personable and showed care towards my items. The communication was also great. Knowing how many customers they work with at a given time, I really appreciated this. Will recommend them to anyone. 

Working with Trans Moving was great; they made a stressful cross-country move from Calgary to Toronto as easy as possible. Everyone I dealt with during the whole moving  process was always completely professional, and extremely helpful. The office staff kept me informed and updated with emails and phone calls  during every step of the process. They were also very accommodating to the delivery rules of my new apartment building: since we cannot move in on weekends, the delivery window  for my things was extended by a few days. On the day of my pick-up, the movers arrived almost immediately at the start of my appointment window and did a very thorough job wrapping each piece of furniture. Overall, I was extremely happy with Trans Moving service, and highly recommend them.
