Windows, Doors
We bought all of our windows and doors from Mike at Window land and still appreciate the quality of this product. When we put our hands near the windows in the summer, we feel no heat from the sunshine beaming in. When we put our hands near the windows in the winter, we don't feel the coolness you usually feel with ordinary windows. When we look at the house in the day time, we don't easily see in, but from inside, we easily see out just like looking through clear glass. These triple glazed, self cleaning Cardinal windows, were well worth the higher price and was the best we could do to keep our heating costs down in the winter and cooling costs down in the summer. We have no regrets. You can visually see the quality of these windows compared to every house on our street. Mike was GREAT to deal with, a man of his word and quick to respond and address any issues before, during, and after the sale. We build our house ourselves. I acted as the general contractor, outside of my line of business, and I had to deal with all kinds of unscrupulous people. I found that Mike was a refreshing change. A moral, caring, guy that we are happy to recommend anytime!!

3B/Rooms
Window land co. Installed 2B/rooms & 2W/rooms,prior to that they had installed 2b/rooms & a L/room in 2016.. There are ground floor windows which are going to be replaced this year and they surely have the bid!

13 windows brick to brick triple glass diamond
The Window-Land Crew did an excellent job installing 13 windows throughout my home and all in the same day. Mike a manager at the Mississauga branch provided me with in depth knowledge of the types of windows I could choose from and the technology behind them. This allowed me to make an educated choice for my home, which I really appreciate. The windows look awesome and are very efficient at maintaining indoor temperatures throughout the year, great for energy savings. The Vinylbilt LoE glass treatment retains the inside heat of the home during the winter and filters out the sun's heat during the summer months to maintain cooler indoor temperatures. Also the home is noticeably quieter than it was with the windows I had before, which is a definite plus. My parents were the ones to suggest Window-Land for my window replacement needs, since they had prior experience with Window-Land for their home with excellent results. The price is very reasonable too in comparison to other window installation and supply companies, which I am quite happy with. I have now arranged to get the sliding door and front entrance door replaced by them as well. Thank you Window-Land.

Replaced twenty and and entrance door 5 years ago
Mike and his team they very professional and knolgebel completed on time not a dust behind them. We highly recommend window land to 5 customers and all reported the best. Thanks window land it was a good experience.

all new windows throughout the main floor
we had all of our main floor windows and patio door replaced this summer. very pleased with the installers work. very professional. the quality of the windows is excellent also. this is the second house we have had Windowland install windows in for us and we also referred a friend that had their windows replaced and they were very happy also.

Windows & Doors Project - Mississauga
The selection criteria for my window and door replacement project was based on Professionalism and Honesty of Sales Team, Quality of product and importantly Competitive Pricing. Window Land Co. met all my expectations. The installation team is excellent. They were professional, skilled (amazing craftsmanship), cheerful and courteous. I highly recommend Tom and his crew and applaud them on the job well done. The project was for 22 windows (whole house), front entrance door, storm door and patio door. Mike the owner is honest and a pleasure to work with.

New windows and doors for house
I had Window Land install the windows and doors a few years ago. Recently I did a Energy Audit for the house and found out that the installers did not Caulk the windows properly inside and outside the house. So the heat in winter was going outside and the hot air in summer was coming in. It seems Mike the salesman never made a effort to come and see me. I would never recommend this company to anybody for the bad workmanship and salesman that just to get rid of you after they take your money.

We supplied windows to this customer 10 years ago. He contacted us asking us to pay a sum of money because of what he was told by this other company. It didn't sound right to us and we thought he had been given the wrong information. Despite this we did offer to go out and have a look and see what we can do for them. Regrettably we were delayed on the day we were going to go out and he quickly became abusive and threatening with us. We wanted to help, but paying a sum of money without being able to check anything is not a reasonable request.

New Front Door and Patio Door
I had no hesitation calling back Mike and his Team for our new Front Door and Patio Door. And to no surprise not only was the price competitive the service was excellent, the trades came in completely reframed the doors and insulated brick to brick, amazing craftsmanship. Mike is always a pleasure to deal with and an honest person who cares about his clients. 10 out 10 again !!!

Window Replacement
Recently my wife and I purchased our first home and were looking into doing upgrades. We were at the Toronto home show where we struck up a conversation at the Windowland sales booth with sales rep Moe. A week later he came by for an estimate, we've had a couple before and I must say he was so pleasant to deal with, very personable & professional. We got 5 windows replaced and they came out beautiful, the installers did a great job, they came on time,and were very clea! We certainly would refer Windowland. Thanks guys!

Window installation
My wife and I used Windowland last October. We liked the widows themselves but the installation was unsatisfactory. The widows are not level, they used the original aluminum flashing when we paid for all new, the flashing was also installed on an angle so the water will run in towards the house and eventually leak, the caulking is already peeling off in some spots. One window frame was broken and numerous calls later, the window still isn't fixed. Another window is scratched and Mark says that it's just dirty. One side of the interior window frame was caulked while the other 3 sides were not. It has been 1 year now, and absolutely nothing has been done. I do not recommend Windowland. Nor will I be using them again.

Hello Joe, It is unfortunate that you feel this way about our experience. We did take action towards replacing the unit with a minor crack on the frame and also sent out a technician to finish the caulking where required. As for the "scratch" on the glass you mentioned, it did turn out to be just a little bit of dirt on the glass which we couldn't reach at the time as it was a high glass above the stairs. I only guessed it was dirt and even offered to replace it if it was a scratch in the glass. I truly do apologize for the job not going as smoothly as I had hoped but I wish you can contact us at the office and arrange for further inspection if needed. At the time, you never mentioned any leaking in the windows as they have a lifetime warranty. We can make service request if that's the case and take care of any issues. Please contact the office if there is anything that needs attention. Thanks either way for your business.
