I purposely wait for couple months to make sure the result is good before I wrote the review. We visited the Home Show this year and got several qotations from different companies. At last, we chose Window Land to do our job not just because the price was reasonable but Mike the owner/manager was nice to deal with. We orders our windows in March and his crews - Chris came to install our window in April. It was a brick to brick installation. Chris came on time on the date of the installation and left by 3:00 pm with 8 windows done. Me and my husband were happy with the result. I still have the first floor windows needed to replace next year, will definitely go with Mike.

WindowLand Co did an excellent job on retrofitting 11 windows in our home. The windows look amazing inside and out. The job was started and completed on time and the workmen /installer were very professional and worked very neat. Our home was left as clean as it was prior to the job being started. The original oak frames were retained and the new windows fit perfectly. We did not lose any viewing area that is noticeable. We have more windows to be replaced at our home and we will definitely use WindowLand Co to complete the job. We highly recommend this company.

After getting several estimates from different window contractors, I decided to go for Windowland because their price is very reasonable for a good quality windows. The owner, Mike Shaban, was able to explain to us the different type of windows and what is the most suitable for our needs. He was able to accommodate my request to have it installed on on a weekend so that I don't have to take an off from work. Shawn, the installer, did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and fast worker. Completed the installation of 3 sets of windows in 4 hours. He and his helper, also did a good job cleaning up! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

When is comes to choosing the right window for your house, every installer will tell you that their (one) window product and their method is the best, and with all of the companies aggressively advertising, the waters become even muddier. We first met Mike of Window Land at the Home Show and Canada Blooms. It was the first company we spoke with and, after interviewing a number of companies; it was the company we chose to complete our window retrofit in our 130-year-old century home. We were glad we did. Window Land provided us with up front information about a number of window manufacturers he deals with, all with different pros and cons, to meet our needs. We weren’t stuck with the suspiciously “best” and conveniently only window other installers were selling, Mike had options and was able to show us the differences between brands and costs. He made us feel comfortable in making an informed decision, and quoted us a fair price. We completed lots of research and found lots of companies with lots of good reviews, but we really liked the Window Wise installation certification Mike’s installers offered, and the technical offerings of the VinylBilt windows. Mike was not pushy but asked questions in tailoring our window selection to our needs and attempt to restore the look of our victorian home with modern and practical features. Once we placed the order and the windows were ready, Mike contacted us and sent his professional installers (approximately 2 weeks). The installers are very experienced (over 18 years with Window Land), considerate, clean and precise. They completed all the window installation and capping in our house in one day and took care to clean up the space. We were impressed that they completed the project in one day. We would recommend Mike and Window Land to anyone looking for windows, regardless of budget or needs – he will work with you to get you what you need at a fair price. You will not regret hiring Window Land in a sea of purported #1 window companies

The job was quite complicated. It involved a big cut out in a double brick wall, supporting lintels, framing, dray wall, electrical, etc. It was performed amazingly well. The installers (Jerry and Adam) are very qualified. Specially the brick work was amazing. They saved and reused the same bricks that were demolished so the wall, fully reconstructed around the new door, looks as if it was the original. Communication with Mike is always easy. He replays to your messages or calls you back within minutes and is very diligent to accommodate your demands. The quote was clear and detailed and some additional work that was necessary was reasonably priced. A+ for service, job quality and door supplied.

Our basement Windows were well installed and are of excellent quality. The customer service was excellent. Any questions I had while we waited for our installation date, were promptly answered.

We've replaced all windows in the house (11 total). Mike took his time throughly explaining all options and differences, provided his recommendations for the kinds of window to be used in rooms to suite the best. To space out our relatively long and narrow kitchen Mike suggested a green house window with a glass shelf for flower pots. My wife totally loves it as do her flowers. Installation took almost 2 full days for a team of two. All the work was done with highest quality as expected.

We did a raplacement of all our doors and windows 6 years ago We got quotes from couple of companies, Windowland Provided us with a very impressive and informative demonstration of their products. The installation was completed on time with great installation service. I highly recommend Windowland very satisfied with their work hoping to do more business in the early future.

When we needed to replace 18 windows we did a lot of research and finally selected Windowland. Mike was very thorough in his presentation of the products and even arranged for us to meet the factory representative at Vinylbuilt. The windows were delivered on time as promised and the installation was done on time and went extremely well. In general we are pleased with the quality and value of the products, the transferable warranty , the honesty and professionalism of Windowland and their installation team.

It has been 2+ years and I am happy to review. We had 13 of our windows replaced of which 3 are over 6x5 feet and our rear patio door. Mike went out of his comfort level to find a specialty window we needed in one of the rooms. It was a tilt and turn fabrication. The larger windows had the openings (cranking) changed from the silly builders directions to functioning real world wind capturing directions. My parents used Mike this summer (2015) for their century home windows in Toronto and mom is ecstatic so far with hers. That will be another review in a couple of years. Thanks to Jerry and the crew. It was good to see them doing my parent's home and enjoying mom's cooking.
