Heights Residential has cleaned our eavestroughs several times and always done a fantastic job. Many of our neighbours have hired them also. I particularly like the "9 point-inspection" that comes with the cleaning. Would highly recommend.

Although it rained shortly after my windows were washed, my windows still looked great! And you called to check that everything was looking good. I am very impressed with Heights Residential, from the office staff to the team that came and did the work. Everything was excellent!

Heights residential showed up on time, did a fabulous job, even cleaning all the window sills, scrapping any items on the windows (ie paint residue spots) and left them brillaint clean and shining.

I would recommend this company to any friend or relative. My neighbour's trees overhang my roof and cause an enormous amount of debris to accumulate in my gutters. I was unable to attend to it due to handicap. With my neighbours permission, I asked if the Heights Residential Crew would mind trimming back the branches a bit while up there attending to the cleaning. They did so without complaint and I really appreciated their excellent customer service. All crew members have been very professional! Thanks, and good luck.

All-round great! The crew arrived when they said they would. They were fast and efficient, friendly and accomodating. I will defintely call Heights Residential again, I don't want to go on the roof! Highly recommended.

There was one little pane in the living room that was not washed properly. When I called about it, Kris himself came out and personally took care of it. I was impressed with the that service and have told others. I have rebooked for next year.

Our house isn't that big, but there are some awkward and hard to reach windows, but it was no problem for them. I was very pleased with their work. I did find that one window was a little streaky, so I called and they sent someone the next day to fix it with no questions.

What a pleasure to have this window-cleaning company back to my home year after year. The friendly, cheerful exuberant professionals are a delight. Oh, the joy of sparkling, clean, clear windows....and the satisfaction of knowing that the gutters are clear of all their debris once again. In addition, the staff, who are also actors, musicians and other performers, cheerfully carry out their work. (How delightful to hear them discussing the protagonist in a play, rather than complaining about the work.) It always makes me want to feed them so that they will stay and talk further. SUPER work and SUPER people. A joy!
