After connecting with Drain Com on Homestars, Maria reached out to coordinate a time for them to come by to provide an estimate. They were able to come quickly at a time that worked for us. They arrived at the scheduled time, quickly assessed the issue, and provided an estimate in the middle of the expected price range. We set up a day for them to come that worked for us. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly (a few hours ahead of promised), tidied up really well, and left. They share pictures of the various stages of the work they had completed. They had to dig up the concrete floor, replace the pipe and pour more concrete. The area where they were working is behind the water heater so no one will see it, but I appreciated that they finished the job so neatly and with care. All in all, super from start to finish.

The project involved running a new drain and water pipe to a garden suite in the rear yard, which meant a very long trench from the front of the property. I was concerned about disturbing the neighbors during the process, but DrainCom was quick to address my concerns and reassured me that they would minimize any disruption. Within just a few days, Serge, the project lead, came to assess the project scope in person. He was very thorough, confident, and provided a very competitive quote within 24 hours of the site visit. He also assured me that minimal disruption to neighbors would occur, ensured code requirements would be met or exceeded, and emphasized safety precautions, including shoring, would be in place important considerations for me. The teamSerge, Vasil, Petro, and Yuri did not disappoint. Their expertise was demonstrated as they found solutions where other companies only highlighted potential issues. Serge was a true professional and coordinated the job seamlessly, working closely with the City inspectors to ensure all tests (ball test, slopes, cleanouts, etc.) passed on the first inspectionan impressive feat! What truly stood out was their ability to stick to the original quoted price and timeline. They were the only company I contacted that got back to me promptly, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even when I expanded the scope of the project to include waterproofing on one side of the house, they accommodated the change without hesitation. I am extremely impressed with the results and will definitely be working with DrainCom on future projects. Drain com keep me informed as I waited my basement to fix, of which I am very satisfied. they were on time, very professional in their work attics and respectful of me. They cleaned up and I was not over-charged.

The work was done efficiently according to the job description given to me. This involved digging down to foundation level, replacing weeping tile & vertical pipe, sealing the wall. There were no surprises and the cleanup work was done very impressively. Note: I have upgraded rating to a 10 because Drain Com sent me an excellent record of pictures from the window well area during and after the excavation work. I had not totally expected this.

We urgently needed a basement technician specialist for our newly purchased home to check everything in terms of waterproofing, mould, potential cracks and checking the drains. Maria was very understanding and worked to find someone to squeeze into the roster on a busy day. Sergio, the technician lead, was very knowledgeable - they checked everywhere diligently, inside and out, and provided some recommendations to ensure the longevity of the home. He conducted his work very professionally. He checked everything and did not upsell any unrequired services, even when I probed. Very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommended!!

I had a big problem with water leaking in my basement. I tried calling a numerous amount of water proofing companys and could not seem to get a straight answer or reasonable quote. I than called Draincom. Needless to say this company is great and left me 100% satisfied. I would like highly recommend them to anyone requiring their service.

From first meeting Vlad we knew they were the right team to deal with an very unfortunate situation where a tree root had grown into our main sewage line. This is a huge, unexpected and expensive job that required immediate attention. Vlad took his time to walk us through the process and outline what was needed with no smoke and mirrors. His team showed up exactly when they said they would and worked diligently from morning until night to get it done. They even did a remarkable job cleaning up our front yard before leaving. We were so grateful for Draincom's professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend!

There is no good time for basement water damage and what is needed is someone that you believe is honest and not taking advantage of the situation. Upon meeting Serge, my wife and I noticed he was different, he got down on the floor, visually looked into drains and gave clear options to look at to keep costs down and did so at a few times during the project. Overall we got that trusted "uncle" vibe and we went with Drain Com. Then came the actual project -- the crew of 4 were absolutely stellar. The boys did what I thought wold be number of days at best in less than 48 hours. Demolition, concrete removal around the perimeter - new membrane, weeping tile, sump pit and discharge installation. Aside from doing the work well and fast they did a few extra little things not because I asked but because it just made sense to do. My dad now retired and had some experience was impressed with everything too. 1,000% recommend

Vlad and his team did excellent comprehensive work. I had damaged our old basement toilet flange (lead...who knew...). I got in touch via homestars and they did the work the following morning. They were clean, quick, and reliable. There were a few extra Y connections and they were included. Their price is also reasonable.
